Lovely atmosphere, lovely building! Amelia was a wonderful server! Very quick with drinks on the bottomless brunch and very cheerful service on a grey Tuesday afternoon!

I went to all bar one windsor for a bottomless brunch. Our waiter was Jai and he was incredible, he would come over every 5 minutes asking if we wanted another drink, making us feel so welcomed. The staff were incredible, the atmosphere was lovely. Jai was honestly incredible couldn’t recommend enough!

We tried the bottomless brunch and found it to be a great deal for the price. Our server, Jai, was excellent and consistently checked in to see if we wanted more drinks. Unlike other brunches where you have to signal for another drink, Jai was proactive in refilling our glasses. The food was delicious and the daiquiris were well-made. Voir le carte

EXEMPLARY experience for our Christmas work party yesterday! We had an absolute blast. The food from their festive menu was delicious: lovely soft meat, great veggie nut roast option and vegan puds as well as a dash of drink in some dessert options. Meeting everyone's preferences to a T! Excellent service from all staff, especially Amelia, who was a powerhouse from booking to serving.

I went to this restaurant with a large group and the waitress checked our IDs. After letting us choose our seats, she returned and informed us that the manager said they could not accept American driver's licenses or military IDs. I was surprised, as I had visited a few weeks prior and my military ID was accepted then. This policy seems like discrimination to me. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Staff couldn’t care less. No urgency to seat us and it was not busy. Not that it’s necessarily required but someone could have smiled Food had been clearly made a while before we ordered and was either reheated or refried to order. Fries were tough and chewy so had to send back, got a fresh batch which were very nice. Should have been like that the first time. My friend didn’t touch her fish tapas due to it being over cooked and chewy. Awful Voir le carte

As a group of 3 we came here for lunch, the girl who initially saw to us was polite and asked our preference of where to be seated. We ordered through the app which was easy to navigate and service was pretty fast. Food tasted lovely and was presented well. As we ordered through the app I cannot comment on table service and another downfall was the amount of ice in a cocktail ordered as there was barely any drink for the price paid which is the reason for the 4 star but can only imagine if we had table service it would have been a good experience either way. The place is nicely decorated and a relaxed atmosphere.

In my online booking I had requested one Gluten free meal and one vegan meal. The booking was for 7 people. My booking was then confirmed with no comment on the requests. This was breakfast at 10.15. on Sunday morning. I had to drop out(a head cold) but my 6 mates attended. The celiac lady asked for the gluten free menu there isn't one. She was offered eggs benedict minus sauce and toast (leaving spinach eggs). This was after an hour's singing outside in the cold and she needed carbohydrate! She left and went home for breakfast. This was a real spoiler why not let us know there was no gluten free menu? As far as I know the others were all okay, they were happy with a bottomless coffee pot.

The food was very very good. The customer service is horrible. No smile on the waiter's face... I thought if I gave some positive feedback he might smile, but I was wrong. So sad for a beautiful place like that. We were in Windsor for a day trip. So we tried to get some food in a place that you won't find in London every day. I have never heard of this place, so we gave it a try. We got some sandwiches, with fries. I have never eaten those tasty fries in my life. With cheese and I don't know what spice. The sandwich was amazing. I had to order again. The coffee is also so so nice. I don't drink coffee, but I've tried my partner's one. Since that day I have tried to find out how to make that....
