Locale molto bello, abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, degno di merito, personale di sala di una gentilezza unica, una cena veramente gradita sotto tutti gli aspetti. Da provare assolutamente.

in the center of canale is the gastrolocation with wine/delicatessen loading, trattoria and gourmet restaurant. the surprise menu and the weine matched the price/performance ratio. service was okay.

The food is absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The wine list is very extensive and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area- I would definitely love to return! Voir le carte

we have landed in the all’enoeca. the interiors are very nice and would fit for a beautiful evening. but we were there on the afternoon and from a small fast snack a grown-up lunch was held. which was great. we left on the terrace. were handled and very friendly and competent. the selection of food is in order and everything was very fresh and super delicious. very recommended. also the winery. very nice, we'll be back.

Delicious food, combining traditional Italian kitchen with innovative creations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, making you feel at home and simultaneously treating you like honoured guests. The degustation menu is a real treat for a very reasonable price. A lot of extras, like delicious little starters, intermediate dish and a very generous coffee sweets selection, are included. Impressive wine list. Many thanks to Chef Palluda for a royal welcome and a dinner to remember (next time we will bring some Belgian pralines with us .

Posizionato nel centro paese, non dispone di parcheggio proprio, bisogna cercare nei proteggi pubblici in piazza e nelle vie circostanti. Posizionato al primo piano con scale o ascensore adatto anche ai disabili. Locale curato arredamento classico acustica in sala da migliorare. Piatti ottimi molte portate fuori menu, posateria di qualità bicchieri di qualità. Grande carta dei vini. Chef presente in sala per condividere opinioni e saluti. Abito a Canale da 40 anni ma non sono mai andato a mangiare all'osteria di DAVIDE PALLUDA.Mi sono perso veramente un'esperienza unica.Con mia moglie siamo andati ieri sera,un'esperienza eccezionale, e non è che sia la prima volta che andiamo a cena o a pranzo al ristorante,abbiamo esperienza in parecchi posti in giro x Langhe e roero.Osteria Palluda in base a qualità, prezzo è una delle migliori. Io preso menù fisso(piatto con 5 antipasti ,primo,secondo e dolce al prezzo di 35€.Il tutto eccellente. Di sicuro ci ritornerò e lo consiglierò ai miei amici.

We went there on Thursday one week ago, and ordered 2 dishes for each. In a gastronomic restaurant, we simply needed to enjoy the environment and dishes slowly in order to taste the details and remember it. The ingredients were so fresh, and so sauce was so balanced. The sauce is really the spirit and in combination of good quality of ingredients, it’s definitely unimpeachable. The chef was so nice to greet us and shared with us his thoughts of cooking. The sommelier was very professional and gave us bold suggestion on selecting wine, and turned out to be a good surprise.

Siamo stati in questa accogliente location per il nostro anniversario io e il mio compagno. Location molto soft, pulita e tranquilla. Il servizio è eccellente: i camerieri molto gentili e disponibili non ho dato 5 stelle solo perché si sono scordati di rifornirci il pane. I piatti sono curati in ogni particolare sia quelli di pesce che quelli di terra, in ogni caso sapranno stuzzicarvi le papille gustative!!! Secondo me, un occhio di riguardo in più per il dolce, molto buono ma non soddisfacente come il tutto il resto del menu. In ogni caso approvato e ci ritornerei molto volentieri!!! Voir le carte
