One of my favorite restaurants in Brighton and has not disappointed

I haven't had the pleasure of eating in the restaurant that occupies the top floor of this Brighton landmark.

Beautiful coastal location and delicious house made pasta! We came for a special occasion and were not disappointed! Also good value and great service.

I've lived in Brighton for over 10 years, and for many of them avoided this place thinking that it would be another overpriced and underwhelming seafront

we spied al fresco and thought it was just a restaurant. in more accurate inspection we found that under it on the back (exactly about the water) was also a caffe. the upper floor serves as a formal restaurant. Voir le carte

this restaurant booked due to its speculative sea views and outdoor seating. expects it to be a tourist trap with average food. But was absolutely blown away from the high quality of the ingredients and the culinary excellence of the cook.... with old favors and to increase them to the extraordinary! For example, I chose the seafood linguine.... it was stunning.. the best I ever had. Charm and attentive service, unobtrusively delivered. I'll visit Brighton again to eat here!

We visit Brighton once a year and after dining at alfrescos last year we had to dine there again this year. I remembered how wonderful and awesome the staff was, the spectacular ambience of the restaurant especially being on the seafront, and the delicious food. This year was even better. The pizza and drinks are amazing!!!! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend alfresco's for a brunch, lunch or dinner. Whether it be a date, friends gathering or lunch with the family alfrescos will be the perfect place!

I booked the restaurant over a month in advance for a very special occasion with my family. On arrival the restaurant was half empty, but when giving them my name they ignored me and shuffled us to an un laid table. I had made a special table request. The service was awfully rude and they were very arrogant making my whole family feel uneasy. The food was good but the overall experience means we will never go back. It is a pricey restaurant and it really needs a softer approach to ensure that their paying customers are treated well and enjoy their meal. Service charge was included naughty as they did not deserve a tip!! Voir le carte
