"Sunday 14.01.2018 At noon (a company of 30 pers. with some special guests) we have reserved a hall with Alexander from 12:30. There were no tables, no dishes and cutlery available and the tables should be set up and covered. The orders also came with great delay, poorly prepared and cold at so different moments that some of the guests had to wait for the others to have eaten. At 4:00 p.m. when we left the store, the hall we had reserved was still empty, although the reason for our expulsion in the basement was that there was a dance event planned for 15:00 p.m. At 4 p.m. when the hall was empty, we were convinced what could be a mess and misunderstanding in this store. Conclusion: Bad organization, bad customer treatment, lack of respect and only profit-oriented shop managers. The owners are overwhelmed with such tasks and are not prepared at all. This place no longer exists for our community."
