we are visiting alex and had an unpleasant experience with a waiter who refuses to separate the food or answer our questions because we speak English and not German!

the ambiente is great, in summer they also have a beautiful terrace. eating and drinks are great. they make my favoritesburgs. only problem: slower service. they are very nice

I have visited alex several times during the last 3 months for dinner / lunch and drinks. it consistently delivered very bad service, once cold coffee, boiled noodles and very slow waiters. alex would not recommend. Voir le carte

we were there for a corporate event. great eating (bbq,) but the service was a bit poor (must wait long for drinks orders) and the load was clearly shown in the revised waitresses. Perhaps they needed a few more people in the service - both in front of and behind the bar.

the location above the shopping center is wonderful. they have a large terrace, a garden with benches... if the sun seems, they must hope for free places. the food and the drinks are good...the waiters seem hard to fall out of a smile...too much work? I will come back... but only because of the terrace and the location.

the best of this place are the external ones where they can refuel at the few days in the summer when they can actually see the sun in Germany. it is located in the top floor of the shopping center skyline plaza. alex is the place where they enjoy a very good brunch on Sundays or every weekday, on a weekend night, go to a drink or just enjoy a beer or a glass of wine on a random afternoon. has a great environment, the service is generally nice and the menu is good! ! as it is located on the dach of a shopping center, you have a lot of space and lots of suns on its balcony, which is also great in winter, where there is a lot of light!

planned to see the dachgarten, but we would also look past dinner. absolutely beautiful environment and many people outside enjoy the warm suns and the beautiful gardens. the service at the evening we were there was very fast and the food came very fast. the burgers were delicious, but my speck was quite burned and therefore bitter. Note that smoking is allowed outside a restaurant. So when they sit outside, they will probably be close to smoking. they also go in and just sit down and the waiters come to pick up their order.

safe, the view and the decor are fantastic, with a huge outdoor area that is really ideal for drinks and dinner after work, but this is one of those places that obviously feel that they don't have to effort to bring in guests at all.
