a good overview of the typical Sardinian cuisine. dinner that starts for everyone at the same time, with description of the dishes. I did not understand why the final digestive was served by a single young waiter who had to serve all the customers, entertaining them also with friendly comments, making it wait for most of the commens. typical Sardinian dinner with fixed menu absolutely not to be missed! appetizers: • caju furriatu • green beans, tomatoes and onion with chili • sliced with pecorino • frittata di zucchine e melanzana fritta primi: • gallure soup • sardi sgnocchetti with ragù • culurgiones butter and second sage: porceddu with sweet potatoes: seadas deserves red wine jug, digestive and coffee price: 38€, a bit'sweet

we returned after several years from the previous time. the menu has changed, the appetizers are 4 while before they were more numerous (but all 4 very good), the first are 3 (good but not exceptional) the porcellino with potatoes instead was big, we finished and we asked an addition that was promptly brought to us. a couple of peaches were the seada (too dry, probably fried with too hot oil) and the liqueurs served centellinando the glass. for the rest the environment is simple but beautiful, the service quite fast, friendly staff, the honest price (38 € per person all inclusive).

we start from the fact that the menu including drinking would cost 35€ per person and in 4 the final account presented to us was 152 (perhaps mathematics is an opinion for them). farms I've been around a lot for years, and such a poor quality I hardly found. the bread of the supermarket, little quantity and above all little quality, to the bitters at the request of a taste of the Sardinian grappa after taking the myrtle, we were told that the additional drink we should have paid it.......and what about the service, confusing, frantic, we had to stop the waiter 3 times to bring us the wine, we asked the water for the dogs that never arrived.
