Der Besuch dieses Restaurants hat sich als Glückstreffer herausgestellt. Unser Kellner war trotz vollem Restaurant sehr aufgestellt und aufmerksam und hat innerhalb von gefühlten Sekunden einen 8er-Tisch für unserer Gruppe aus dem Nichts gezaubert.

Wir hatten uns auf das Mittagessen gefreut und froh noch einen Tisch bekommen zu haben. Leider wurden wir von Service nicht beachtet kein Menukarte, kein Gedeck, einfach nichts und sind nach 20 Minuten wieder aufgestanden und gegangen auch unbeachtet... schade.

Wir waren für ein Geburtstagsessen in Cardada, ich hatte bei der Reservation einige Extrawünsche, wurde dabei konstruktiv beraten und ungefragt mit Zusatzinformationen versorgt, die die Planung erleichterten. Trotz unserer Verspätung wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten noch den Tisch wechseln und wurden aufmerksam bedient. Die etwas längere Wartezeit auf das Essen war es mehr als Wert, es war wirklich wunderbar! Ich kann Küche und Gastgeberin wärmstens empfehlen!

I did not expect a expierence like this at all, I have just been going up the mountain because i wanted to have some snow in Locarno during winter, and then after 3 hours its started to rain. The place is uniquely located, overseeing the full region/lakes, and the service is really really good, at least in the restaurant. It was during COVID so we had the full restaurant for ourselves so that can mean a lot, but the food was good and they catered to vegetarians./vegans well as well, with some pasta dishes and the soup of carrote/limone with was pretty nice.
