I had the pleasure of having dinner at the baliage venoso restaurant. the place can not be called typical rather is modern, minimal and elegant. table saw was excellent. I tried two really good dishes that surprised me not only for the presentation, but also for their goodness and combination of flavors: the Lucan ciambotta and pork cheek. all accompanied by an aglianico and an account with an excellent value for money. recommended!

I've been there alone for lunch, because I'm done with the job. Beautiful place with good local cellars and excellent gourmet cuisine typical lucana. The waiter, Nicola, very kind boy and prepared both on the wines and on the explanation of the dishes. Menu à la carte or tasting. I made the second eat an appetizer, a first and a second (typical local dishes) and a good glass of Aglianico. I ended up fighting because I didn't get used to eating so much at lunch but really a nice discovery. Right price for tasting.

Thursday 18/05, my husband and I had lunch at the baliaggio restaurant. the restaurant was recommended by the premises. My husband opted for the menu of the sea, while I chose paper appetizers. every single flow we found it exquisite, well presented and treated in combinations. to take care of our experience, in the room, there was nicola, which guided us and pampered for the entire route, presenting us every course and advising us with extreme experience and friendliness. we strongly recommend the bathing restaurant also for the care of the local and for the excellent balance between quality and price. for this experience we have given the maximum, the 5 stars. carmela and enzo

Elegant and friendly staff but unfortunately incompetent, especially regarding the service of wine. We asked for advice without looking at the wine list and we opened a bottle recommended by the waiter. Once opened, we realized it was a 2007 we asked for the price, about 60€, of course no one had requested such a high level bottle but we decide not to make stories, being now open. It is opened, badly, breaking the cap and shaking it too by making the whole bottom go up making the wine unbeatable even if it has embossedly tried to filter it. We still decide not to make stories. In the end, we put on practically all the bottle that once in a cashier's case, we are beaten to 75€, not even 60€ a...
