Popular with locals this was a small restaurant with only one manager/waiter providing service. Wine and food were both good and our only beef was that the manza was veal and so our peppered steaks were not as expected.

garnelen cocktail and pulpo were excellent. spaghetti with muddles also excellent quality and taste, unfortunately a little bit much salt. tiramisu and coffee have rounded off the experience. the owner is a friendly man. price reasonable. many thanks.

Well executed local dishes with ample specials and a great value-priced wine list. Reasonable prices and great service from a small staff. Hard to rave about pesto in Genoa but theirs was the best. Fresh fish and crisp vegetables. An overall nice experience with no being rushed or up-sold.

excellent local cuisine, of high quality. the size of the room make it great for a nice couple dinner or with few friends. definitely honest price given the freshness of the ingredients and mastery in the preparation. all set is made very appreciable by simplicity. friendly and family-run staff.

Stayed in a nearby hotel and stumbled across this small restaurant that TA said was good but few ratings all in Italian. Not a bad sign. It was a slow Monday and a holiday. Just a chef and our waiter/host. A few helpful suggestions on wine and menu and we were well set for the evening. All very reasonably priced (food, wine dessert) and well paced. Never rushed and our needs well attended.
