This place is majestic!!! The food is top quality, super fresh and tasty. The waiters sooo good looking, friendly and professional. The garden is magical. You feel like in a top class restaurant but you pay like at a local bar. The best restaurant in Calabria and maybe even in the entire country.

It's in the middle of nowhere but well worth the search. Amazing food in a wonderful setting. We highly recommend the antipasti Manitta with real Calabrian dishes to share. The menu is full of great choices and the service was top notch. Price wise it's too cheap for the quality you're getting. We had a three course meal, 4 glasses of wine and a bottle of water and the bill was €67, ! Already made a new reservation for our last night here in Calabria.

A beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating located about 4 miles from Tropea. I highly recommend with excellent service, food, and atmosphere. I enjoyed my experience so much that I went back the very next evening. The owner Pepe is such a kind caring individual that aims to please and wants you to have a great experience at his restaurant . Prices are fair and portions are a good size. Excellent restaurant. Great location, ambiance, service and quality of food. During our stay in Bratirro we had dinner multiple times. It’s a big restaurant but reservation required to secure a seat on the terrace. Backyard will provide the best panoramic views. The tagliata tuna and meat are excellent so is the antipasto seafood and the pastas. We have visited multiple restaurants in the area but this was clearly our favourite with the highest quality and best bang for the buck.

The rural location and venue is beautiful. The fact it was full of locals shows how great this restaurant is. Our food was lovely and really big portions. The only thing that let us down on the night was the service all of the waiters were very friendly but there just weren’t enough of them to deal with a packed restaurant. It was a public holiday in Italy which explains it, but it did slightly affect our experience. However, we would come back and definitely recommend to others local to Tropea.

on advice of our cute little bath we came in this lost farmhouse in the Tropic hinterland. It's all dark. but the large park and the living room are spacious and well furnished. is a gigantic undertaking of good sea food and land that combines the flavors of the territory and the Tyrrhenian. the appetizers stand out with so many taste, but I preferred the cut of almost raw tuna surrounded by the inevitable onions of tropea and the first, patters to the slag. despite the continuous flow, the service was impeccable. pleasant noises, almost square. It s a beautiful place with 3 friendly dogs (who stay outside), 3 donkeys, 3 horses, a bunch of geese, rabbits, chickens, vineyard, fruit orchard and vegetable garden. We went half hour before opening time for lunch. We were treated very nicely. Times have changed. They are now capable of handling huge crowd efficiently. It is 2019. We had about 60 other high school students and their half a dozen teachers dining with us yet we got our food on time. I wanted a change from Tropea’s restaurant scene and local friends recommended Manitta. It’s more expensive and sophisticated than Franco/Casareccio, also in Brattiro’. Manitta has the advantage of a beautiful outdoor eating area. Service is friendly and obliging and a small foul up was quickly and graciously straightened out. To start with I was brought tasty complimentary nduja. I decided to go full meat and started with a delicious pasta in pig ragu’ (not so common on restaurant menus), the highlight of my meal.
