Incredible experience Highest quality of food, we had three risottos with carcioffi and three lamb stuff. At the end we asked for three espressos and three amoro del capo. cosy farmhouse, immersed in a well-kept garden and the many varieties of fruit trees. courteous and diligent staff. Menu with ancient flavors and dishes of the most beautiful traditions of Abruzzo. to try the famous arrosticini, pallotte cace e ove, sagne e ceci, guitar with ragù, mixed roast, grilled vegetables... and many other specialties.

as we said during the military, great and abundant. I don't get to find a menu so cheap. plentiful dishes and homemade pasta. excellent roasts and roasts. Perhaps we should review the service and the way to present some dishes like appetizers. but it is a farm and therefore you can not ask for more . If you are in the area around the city of Pescara, a road trip to the La Gallina in Pianella will be an experience in true Abruzzo country cooking. The ingredients are all fresh and locally sourced. The chef is the owner of the restaurant is excellent. We were there with a large party of locals, ate family style and unfortunately since they ordered everything, this review will not be helpful with respect to individual dishes, Suffice to say, everything was excellent. This is rural Abbruzzo so knowledge of the Italian language is mandatory.

excellent farmhouse on the outside garden with outdoor tables instead really nice in detail. the really good food the lady welcomed us with very good welcome tastes of the classic frittini and some with the anchovies. appetizer taken from that includes hot and cold. of which the classic cutter composed of lonza prosciutto salame and pecorino all delicious hot appetizers with peas and fegatini delicious gardener of pickles good pallotte cac and ov soft and excellent the delicate sauce leaves us a beautiful shoe at the end! excellent and tender lamb in another dish sausages and olives good fresh produce and you feel! then took pizzas a four seasons red and a white with potatoes. excellent pizz...

They say, if Italians are eating at the restaurant, then you know the food is going to be good. This restaurant is our FAVOURITE in Pianella. We have been on a family holiday to Pianella for the past 2 years (and fingers crossed we will be going for a third time this year in August). We stumbled upon this restaurant as it is at the end of the road, from where we stay. The first time we stayed in Pianella, we ate here 7 nights out of 14. The second time we came to Pianella we ate here 10 times out of 14. The staff are all so lovely, helpful and polite, they recognised us last year when we went back and it felt so lovely to be welcomed in a foreign country, that now feels like a second home. T...
