"Già il nome evoca amore per il prodotto, il proprio lavoro, la propria terra e questo amore emerge anche nei piatti. Il locale ha pochi coperti, alcuni all'interno della saletta, altri nella piccola veranda su strada, ma si è nella campagna quindi non sarete disturbati dalle macchine. All'interno della struttura troverete poi un piccolo parcheggio per auto. È un posto caratteristico e autentico, senza troppi fronzoli sia nell'arredamento che nell'accoglienza. Il menù, non ampissimo, è in linea con la stagionalità, offre piatti saporiti, genuini, veri. Il maialino nero dei nebrodi al nero mascalese è qualcosa di eccezionale, la carne morbida e saporita e il sugo ristretto di accompagnamento si sposava perfettamente, la pasta fresca al ragù di maialino buona, ben condita, anche se avrei voluto assaggiare quella ai porcini che veniva portati ai tavoli vicino: il profumo era qualcosa di incredibile. Ottima anche la ricottina di antipasto (tutti abbondanti, da poter dividere in due) al miele di castagno e pistacchi sbriciolati. A mio avviso l'unica cosa non in linea è stata il coperto di 2.50 a persona, che avrei preferito distribuito nel conto dei piatti, in quanto secondo me è una voce non giustificata. Nel complesso, se ricapiterò da quelle parti, mi piacerebbe tornare a mangiare lì.Parking: Piccolo parcheggio nel cortile interno alla ristorante, circa 6-7 auto posti disponibili."

"The restaurant was just minutes away from our beautiful hotel (Cento Tari) and we are glad we took the owners advice to have diner at this lovely restaurant. You can sit inside or out on a little terrace by the street and they serve authentic local food. On both nights we opted for their set menu, which at 25 EUR per head for four courses including wine and water is just excellent value for money. The antipasti were stunning and we could sample about 8 different small dishes this way. The pasta (with pistachios) was amazing and we could hardly cope with the meat course. Luckily, dessert then was ‘only’ granita (albeit a superb one)! The service was friendly and we had two wonderful evenings. Will certainly return there when back in town!"

"If you’re driving around Etna, it’s worth seeking this gem of a place! We had amazing pasta for lunch here: Pasta alla Norma was wonderful and the creamy Pappardelle with Pistachio and Burrata is simply out of this world. Service was swift and super friendly. The restaurant has a nice terrasse but it’s equally comfortable and beautiful inside as well. Quick note: pizza is only served at night."

"We found this restaurant returning to our resort in Randazzo after spending a day in Taormina Sicily . It is located in the small town of Linguaglossa , out of town a few kilometers. When you arrive it’s like like arriving at a farm house . We were greeted right away by a very friendly host i believe his name is Santo . We originally chose to sit in the large dining room but changed our mind and sat in another smaller dining room closer to the kitchen . We actually felt like we were in the kitchen . This restaurant serves typical Traditional Sicilian food . Great ambience and near a window over looking a farm and fig trees . Santo was very patient , explaining the menu . We chose a wonderful antipasti with many cheese and meat choices, it was loaded with wonderful Italian products . And the bread is soooo darn good. We savored every bite and chose a carafe of Sicilian house white wine that was wonderful . My partner had Osso Buco which came in a huge portion , he loves bone marrow and it came with plenty . He loved every bite . I had a dish called Stinco which is the shin or calf of the cow and was actually a huge shank . Ohhhh it was so delicious and so huge I loved every bite . Both dishes came with a large platter of fried potatoes which were also wonderful but we couldn’t eat it all because the portions were so big . The chef Dennis D’Amico came out of the kitchen so we could congratulate him on a wonderful Sicilian dinner . Such a friendly wonderful experience . Thank you Dennis D’Amico and Santo Dinalfo for a great dining experience . We will remember this dinner for a long long time …. Gracie mille !"
