In a secluded and discreet location, Fabrizio spoiled us with excellent dishes. Her undisputed chef skills convinced me to order even dishes that I initially thought they didn't meet my taste ... she amazed me as always. Le materie prime dell'orto sono freschissime ed hanno un sapore d'altri tempi, cucinate e presentate benissimo ed i sapori sono sapientemente accostati. Il risultato? Si chiudono gli occhi ad ogni boccone! Se fosse più curato l'esterno sarebbe un posto da mille e una notte. Non ci sono parole giuste per descrivere la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la bravura di Fabrizio. La qualità del cibo proposto è sopra ogni aspettativa, ingredienti km 0, sempre freschi. Abbiamo avuto un suggerimento da alcuni nostri amici che sono andati prima di noi. A poca distanza da Roma abbiamo voluto spendere la nostra domenica in questo posto. Pochi posti a sedere .. intorno al locale natura, ulivi odore di campagna e cibo. Una sensazione di pace mista a un gusto estremo della materia prima che lo chef utilizza per i suoi piatti. Ci ha suggerito una degustazione di vini tutti prodotti autoctoni della regione Lazio. Sapienza e semplicità miscelati in una quadro semplicemente da sogno. Se vi piacesse avere un contatto ravvicinato con la qualità e la natura allora non esitate! ho fotografato i piatti vuoti perché nessuno è stata riportato in cucina con una sola briciola...
