"Location: Elegant place, gives a nice impression as soon as you enter. We ate in a beautiful room with fireplace on, there was a beautiful atmosphere, the waiter was also very nice and kind. If you want there are also some more private and intimate rooms very beautiful. Food: We ate various appetizers, fresh oysters and St. Paul with fresh potatoes and artichokes. All very good, the phenomenal appetizers!!!! They conquered me, left in the mouth of the flavors amazing, super balanced and delicate, the oysters were excellent thanks also to the advice of the waiter to add the pepper besides the lemon, the São Paulo instead seemed a little too cooked and there was a lot of oil and salt for my tastes, the potatoes baked but wonderful. "Nn è mia abitudine scrivere recensioni, soprattutto quando l’esperienza si rivela positiva come quella di Capodanno (2024). Quel che mi ha motivato a registrare una recensione “super eccellente” è soprattutto un’ingiusta recensione che sottolinea l’evidente accanimento immotivato di un’unica utente (tale Fed. Dvzzo@i) che ha dimostrato astio e cattiveria nei confronti di questa fantastica famiglia/progetto che conosco da tanti anni. In una piccola provincia come Sassari siamo fortunati di poter accedere ad un servizio curato, professionale e rapido come quello della Maison. Vanto buona esperienza di viaggi nelle location migliori del mondo tra cui Dubai, Montecarlo e Parigi; state certi che la Maison difende un servizio che nn ha niente da invidiare a nessuno di questi posti. Siamo stati più che soddisfatti di spendere 130€ che per quel che mi riguarda risultato ancora economici rispetto le 100€ di molti altri ristoranti. Sono del parere che se si percepisce emozione e valore in un servizio di ristorazione (come in questo caso) i soldi nn sono un problema (anzi si è addirittura felici di pagare). Quindi cara Federica, anche se nn ci conosciamo, le consiglierei di prestare più attenzione alle dinamiche di servizio, le quali sono state rispettate al centesimo. Mi piace la gestione e la precisione; sinceramente nn potevo essere più che soddisfatto della serie di portate e bevande che rispettavano ciclicamente lo scoccare delle lancette dell’orologio. Tutto buonissimo e nelle giuste quantità. Antonello sa che vado alla Maison anche da appassionato: mi piace criticare la qualità dei piatti, l’estetica delle guarnizioni e i tempi di servizio. Nn sono per niente uno stinco di santo e se torno ogni anno è perché le mie aspettative nn sono mai state tradite. Quindi complimenti per questo fantastico capodanno. Ancora Auguri, Buon 2024"

"I had the opportunity to dine at the Tritus Restaurant in Sassari during an evening with friends. I was satisfied with the experience. The restaurant environment is youthful and refined. The room is spacious and welcoming, with modern and informal furnishings. The food is of good quality. The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and are presented in a simple and tasty way. Prices are good. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I started with an appetizer of mussels marinara. The mussels were fresh and tasty, and the marinara was made with simple but tasty ingredients. As a second course I ordered a Mediterranean-style tuna steak. The tuna was cooked to perfection, and the Mediterranean sauce was full of flavor. In conclusion, I recommend the Tritus Restaurant to those looking for a restaurant with a youthful and informal atmosphere, good quality food and good prices. "We always come with great pleasure to this small place in the heart of Sassari. The owner of the house always welcomes you with his smiling eyes, you can see that that place really means a lot to him. And you can also see (and feel) it in the different dishes! We love mixed grill very much, but we often also have pita bread with either a vegetarian filling (even though I'm omnivorous, I love it) or a classic one. I generally don't like sweets, but I always get them here! Between honey and dried fruit, they are spectacular. The pita bread with Nutella is also worth trying! Finally, I underline the particular attention given to our 4-legged friends, who are always welcome (naturally if they are polite). Every time it's like going to a friend's house! And the value for money is also almost unbeatable! Vegetarian options: I love vegetarian pita bread, I always have it even though I'm omnivorous"

But I'm writing to understand if the business is still open, because for example not even a month ago I found it closed on Sunday for dinner, then another time on Google it was open but the shutters were down, another time they answered the phone but everything whistled and I couldn't hear anything, then it always sounded busy, I don't know... If anyone could give me an answer."
