Fantastic Sunday Lunch. We have also been for normal lunch and a la carte menu and both were great. Highly recommended.

Nice location and place to go for a meal either as a couple or group. One recommendation, the menu could do with more options.

The restaurant was very good just one thing to have in my is that the restaurant is literally on top of the gaming area in the casino. While it wasn't an issue it was different to what I expected.

Though Open table took our reservation for dinner at the restaurant when we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed bit disappointing to say the least as not the restaurants fault as they had planned being closed for some time

Upon arrival, our booking was not found but we were still able to be seated thankfully. The starters were decent, however, the main meals were lacking in quality, portion size, and temperature. Overall, it was not good value for money. Voir le carte

Average hotel restaurant food. ambience spoiled by presence of two loud hen parties. Service v average constant interruptions from waitress to ask if everything was ok before we had a chance to eat was frustrating. Waiters need to learn how to cut bread not hack it. Restaurant manager looked and acted harassed all evening. Serving staff need to learn how to smile and that the object of their role is not avoiding diner's gaze v difficult to get anyone's attention.

The service was slow, expectations were not managed, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I celebrated my birthday with a party of 5 at 1565 restaurant, but unfortunately, it was nothing worth celebrating. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty on a Tuesday night, we faced multiple issues: all courses and drinks took longer than expected to be served, sides came out late, steak was overcooked, duck was cold, lamb was of poor quality, and there were mix-ups with the drinks. The staff did not communicate with us about the delays or issues, which made the experience even more frustrating. I made a reservation for our first Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant. When we arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice decor and well-dressed staff. We checked in at the restaurant at 8:15pm and were seated at our table. We waited for 35 minutes before a waiter came to take our drink order. After receiving our drinks, we ordered our food, which consisted of 3 starters, a main course to share (but was the size of a child's meal), and a dessert that was meant to be shared but was very small. We received our first starter, then the third, before our main course arrived. When I asked about our second starter, the waiter apologized and brought it out 20 minutes later.... Voir le carte
