"we visited the restaurant today. Now this review is a tricky one. I would say we probably do this once a year because it is in the middle for us wise. I'd say it was okay today. first we sat with 2 children, no children's menus, and when I asked, it was said that they had no print. So I ordered the first thing she said. second, the type that served us (blue hair) was somehow rude and abit abrupt. but was nice enough as if he had better things to do! first my dad didn't notice this, but on ordering another round of drinks and whispering he made and agreed with me that he was abit rude! 2 grilled salmon! great reviews! I and naked had only the chicken bag. what a shame was beautiful, but much too much mayo (I had to make it from my koleslaw and the spicy mayo from my baguette (and I love mayo) just honest too much! sad! So they come to home feeling like I ate a glass mayo, bit icky in my mouth! but I was so hungry that I was most of it! child nuggets were like the chicken balls that you get on a kinn! like deep fat that gets fried in fried! really crispy! not nuggets! my daughter didn't like her and my son wouldn't touch her! to make the money on the sticky toffee pudding, as that was nice, but the cake itself was bought like a 99p cake shop! that was disappointing! because it was £5.25 spent total £73 for the 5 of us, so let them down from a few things. but I will come back, yes I will probably be next year."

"We have used Bengal Spice for since their inception at the Talbot Inn Droitwich but after waiting over one and a half hours and being told the driver had just left. The food arrived shortly afterwards and despite having paid online as per usual, the delivery driver asked for payment. I said that I had paid and when she couldn 't get hold of the manager on the phone, I rang and put the phone on speaker spoke to one of the staff.who said that I had paid but they didn 't know to whom it belonged. Bearing in mind that I always tell them my name address from the start also put my name as a reference on the transaction I did not believe it but said nothing. On opening our delivery the meals proved to be lukewarm, but having waited for over an hour a half having spent the day doing building work in the garden we ate the starters but I then rang to advise them of the situation. I was told in no uncertain terms that as we had eaten them that they could do nothing. No mention from them regarding the uneaten mains! Subsequently, I received a telephone call from the manager (somehow he miraculously knew both my name telephone number! Apparently, it would appear that complaining about lukewarm food seems to be considered being rude as I was advised that I had been rude to both the person on the telephone the delivery driver, which was completely false pointed it out to him. He said that in future I should ask for him, but when I said that it shouldn 't be necessary as he employed people to take the orders he responded with, It 's your money, you can spend it where you choose. Naturally, I shall take his sage advice spend it elsewhere if I wanted to be heating a takeaway up at home I would buy one from a supermarket."
