best carvery around!!!! We could have a choice of 4 meats, beef lamb pork and turkey... Lots of lovely fresh vegetables.. And we could choose a delicious pudding all for £15 as we had booked before we went..... We will definitely go back

The Gate Inn Honeybourne. Just want to say we have just had a fantastic lovely carvery here with desert. Really enjoyed it 3 different choices of meat with different ranges of vegetables. Desserts were really lovely as well. Fantastic service at very good prices. Friendly happy service. Will definitely be back soon

My husband I went to Wills Kitchen Carvery at the Gate today. There was a choice of 4 meats (hubby had one of each) a huge choice of veg, including gorgeous homemade roasties! We had the deal which included a choice of around of 7 desserts, for an amazing price of £15 pp. The staff were friendly helpful we will definitely be back! Voir le carte

This the first time we have visited The Gate Pub, booked for a Sunday Carvery. It was supposed to be a 3 meat Carvery, there was only 2 meats, which served small, there was a big variety of vegetables, but the sprouts, which are my favourite were sooo undercooked, they were inedible. The gravy like brown water. The atmosphere was cold and uninviting. Will never go there again.

Absolutely awful service. The owner was so rude to us. Questioned the price of a disarano and coke, £8! and explained it was a 40ml measurement. Though have since found out, this is legally incorrect as measurements have to be 25ml/50ml or 35ml/70ml. Explained it only comes in a 40ml serving at the Gate. The bar man was so rude, and it is not even a nice pub. Will avoid at all costs!

Second time coming for a carvery, food was delicious, puddings are amazing. Staff are lovely, there is a large car park. My own downfall was last time we came the deserts were written on a board and the staff wasn’t really sure what they was. One line said cheesecake and she wasn’t sure what kind it was, another just said fudge, I assumed it was fudge cake. However the time before that we had it all written on menus so I’m assuming this was just an issue on the day. I’d still return though. I’d love to see the back room extended somehow to create more space but the chairs are super comfy. We will be back soon. Voir le carte

This country pub is a lovely spot with friendly owners and clientele. The only downside is that they don't offer real ales, but there is a wide selection of other beers and ciders available. The pub also has a separate catering business called Will's Kitchen and Carvery. My wife and I recently dined there and were impressed with the quality of the food. I had a fantastic steak, possibly the best I've ever had, while my wife enjoyed the Cajun chicken. The prices were reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place, as well as the nearby Moubourne Indian restaurant and takeaway. A visit to this pub is definitely worth it.

I visited Wills Kitchen at The Gate for their Sunday carvery. The drinks were served in the pub while the carvery was held in a separate room. The prices of the drinks were reasonable. Once we entered the carvery room, we were directed to our reserved table. The presentation of the carvery spread was impressive, offering a variety of potatoes, vegetables, and three options for meat. The Yorkshire puddings and stuffing were delicious. The food was served hot and there was a good selection. As part of a deal, we also tried the pudding which was delightful. It seems like this carvery is a new addition to Wills Kitchen, but it definitely stood out and could compete with established local pubs of...

We recently discovered a delightful new spot for Sunday lunch at Will’s Kitchen Carvery, located in a local pub. Our group of four had the pleasure of trying all three roast options: beef, turkey, and pork, each accompanied by delicious choices like meat stuffing or sage onion, Yorkshire puddings, roasted and boiled potatoes, and a variety of vegetables. The meal was perfectly cooked and served piping hot, with a generous helping of rich gravy. We highly recommend this restaurant for its fantastic food and friendly service.
