"the name taverna fine the Greek cuisine awakened in me and my companions a certain expectation so that we taxed the tavern in the evening with healthy appetit. the environment we felt was modern, bright and very pleasant. the service led us directly to the table that is reserved for us where we had a beautiful view over the entire dining room. we would have liked to have acted better if we had not taken care of the somewhat cheap table sets from paper. the map of the taverne reads excellent and one can see at the first glance that there is a different claim to be followed than one knows from traditional Greek restaurants. as appetizers we could choose the following small selection: tarama, grilled otopus on black eye beans and red beet salad with grilled lion tooth. the red beet salad tasted us all very good, that was the highlight of the appetizers! the tarama was from her resistance to one of the best taramas I ever had on the teller, only for my taste too much lemon juice to the tarama it was unfortunately quite upset. the grilled otopus was a real disappointment dry and with strong red staroms, which reminded us more and more of wood charcoal to the thin end of the otopus arm. the beans, with enriched capern, were very delicious. for the round of the main dishes we have decided to fill a braided on hot vegetables, lambs and grilled otopus filled with tomato and feta. the sausages were very tasty seasoned and very hot served in a righteous form. the lamb frikassee was with intention to enjoy as for them the southern kitchen were not uncomfortable to find bones in court. but we felt that rather than typical and did not surprise us. the steaming lamb frikassee was served with grilled lion tooth. the grilled otopus, however, was a disappointment. in general, the tube was filled with own tentacles, but finally a cocktailtomate and a feta cube were added. the otopus was served with roasted potato (very tasty) and grilled lion tooth (cold). because the dish on which the dish was served was also cold at the table, the otopus unfortunately also quickly turned into a cold dish. the otopus was pure craftsmanship well grilled and buttery. only warm it would have really cost better. the one-sided sweetness of the sweet layers (coil tooth lion tooth) is either really typical Greek (and I escaped until then) or something infallible. I don't know. the weeps recommended to eat us from service power were all very tasty and fit well with eating. Unfortunately, the service power later in the evening was somewhat overwhelmed with the drinks, because it had to manage the entire dining room alone. this is simply not for a service to create the barmann, had to help so that we were delivered dry after 30 minutes. If I had not been able to weaken my own art, the price would be completely in order. the appetizers rank between 5 euro and 12 euro after I remembered. the main dishes between 12 euro and 18 euro. a glass wine (0,2) of approx. 5 6 euro in good quality. will I go back to the taverna? rather not or not so fast. I will prefer to go back to the Greek restaurants where I have been allowed to eat well for years without weakening me. Maybe the one or the other in taverna has to play better."

"Familien ausgeführt 2ter Generation Griechischer Restaurant. Oftmals besucht und immer wieder Naja . Meiner Meinung mann kann hier noch viel verbessern was Speisen Qualität betrifft. Ich würde mich sehr freuen bsp. Auf eine selbstgebackenes Brot. Auf eine selbstgemacht Salatdressing. Leider war unser Gemischtersalat von 1rste Generation und sehr Langweilig. Unser Lammkotlett vom Grill war auch ziemlich trocken !! Schade !! Ansonst ok für ne kurztripp und schneller Hunger."

"My husband and I went to the Bellevue Popup (in Perkins Park' they are planning on opening their real' restaurant across the street in November). Tickets are sold online, and you can choose between Vegetarian or Vegan menu, and if you want corresponding Wines, non-alcoholic Drinks, or just the menu, and order your drinka a la carte. The setting was nice and the staff was really nice and professional, even though not everybody was equally informed about the food. They use not only seasonal and regional products, but try to cook zero waste. We had a wonderful spread made of the Greens from Carrots for example, or a bread baked with pomace from making Carrot Yuice. I liked that very much, and we liked the food as well. It is not cheap, but if you like to spend a nice evening with unconventional, creative, nice and yummy food, I recommend you to go there."

"Kein " Gourmet Tempel " , einfach reinkommen, in herzlicher Französischer Atmosphäre leckere französischen " Snaks" geniessen. :-)Wir wurden beim Eintreten gleich sehr freundlich begrüsst, nicht " Asiatisch gespielt", sondern ganz herzlich,ehrlich so dass wir uns sofort ich sehr willkommen fühlten. :-)Das Essen ist einfach jedoch suuuper lecker, ich würde am liebsten grad nochmal losziehen und mir so ein Leckeres Baguette mit Roastbeef, frisch geriebenem Meerrettich und anderm leckeren Zeugs reinziehen .Leider kann ich zu den Weinen nichts sagen, wir sind bei Wasser u. Kaffee geblieben .Jedenfalls gibt es nichts zu meckern, wir wurden schnell und freundlich bedient, und unsere " Snacks " waren alle sehr sehr lecker.Im Anhang kommmen ein paar Fragen, die ich nicht einfach mit ja oder nein beantworten kann,Zu den Preisen, was ist günstig? Die Preise sind ok, nicht abgehoben, ich bekomme einen guten leckeren Gegenwert für meine Kreuzerchen , also so mittendrin würde ich sagen.Keinesfalls zu teuer für das gebotene !Rollstuhlgerecht ," einigermassen", es gibt eine hohe Stufe am Eingang, die Räumlichkeit insgesammt ist nicht so riessig."

"I came here on my own as I just moved in the area for work business trip. Sat down and 20min later no one to ask me or offer me a menu. The lad from next door bar realised I was being left out, he came to me and asked one of the waiter to bring me the menu. I got the menu immediately, and made my mind on what to order. Guess what 35 min later no one came to take my order. I wanted to smoke my cigar and have a chilled evening but they ruined it. I ordered pizza, and it was good. I'm just mad at their customer service skills. Shocking."

"It is always nice to do what the locals do. And while in Germany, we walked over to this small but superb restaurant where you can speak Italian if your German is a little rusty. Authentic home made pasta and pizza are as close to...heaven as you get after a long day of visiting the sites. Nice short wine list to accompany perfectly cooked fish or anything else you find on the menu. The price with wine was quite reasonable. The atmosphere was like dropping in on long lost cousins. Familial while not familiar. Walking distance to the S or U."

"At Maria you already feel like a regular guest if you are not yet. The Taverne Diogenes is a hospitable place with a warm host, to which you can always return. The foods and drinks are perhaps not at the same level as the stars, so you get heart-made home cooking that suits the ambience and is extremely fairly priced. The portions are large as one imagines them from grandmother I think so far no one should have gone hungry out of the tavern. Especially the fish foods are worth a try. We are always happy to be with Maria and are happy to have them in the neighborhood."

"simply different and absolutely with a top price/performance ratio in this restaurant I managed to experience a discreet, extremely attentive and friendly service that was definited from the subject. good teamwork and competency seems to have very high priority here, just like the really excellent food that was very detailed and tastefully designed. the food (steak tatar, octopus carpaccio, masterpiece pump steak with grilled vegetables and a dessert in the compound) were of the highest quality and fresh, absolutely cheap. who has made this team can be absolutely happy as a worker, because this is naturally no longer the case today."

"Nachdem wir wegen des Sommerwetters schon lange nicht mehr hier waren, nutzen wir den Regentag, um unseren Lieblingsthai endlich mal wieder zu besuchen. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Thai Restaurant in Stuttgart. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich rustikal mit Liebe zu thailändischen Details. Der Empfang war wie immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als besondere Empfehlung gab es Austern, was aber nicht mein Ding ist. Also suchte ich mir das Gäng Ped Korat (Korater Rindfleisch Curry) aus. Schön hier ist, dass die Gerichte, die als scharf bezeichnet werden, das auch sind. Das Personal nimmt aber immer gerne spezielle Wünsche entgegen und weist auch darauf hin, wenn es bessere Alternativen gibt.Nach kurzer Zeit bekamen wir unsere Getränke und ein wenig später standen dann auch zweimal Korater Curry, Ente und Glasnudelsalat auf dem Tisch. Alles war super frisch und sehr lecker und das Korater Curry war definitiv schön scharf. Da wir als Scharfesser schon einschlägig bekannt sind, wurden uns zusätzlich noch gerösteter Chili und ein frischer Chili-Dip serviert - ganz wie in Thailand.Ein Freund, der später kam, bestellte sich etwas Süßes aus Kokosreis mit Eis, das ebenfalls zum Hineinlegen aussah und ihm auch sehr gut schmeckte.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit sehr gutem Essen bei netten Menschen."
