I love this place all that is ice and hot wads mmmmm, krepps to die for and even more ice and if they still have room sorbets. the best piece you can try the ice before you buy. don't all go right away, I need a return. xxx

Great selection, there were 11 options available in total but 1 had sold out, but 10 was still a great selection, the vegan ice creams were clearly labelled and in their own freezer, and most importantly the two that I had (white mint choc chip and salted caramel) tasted amazing!!!

As noted in previous reviews, there is often a lengthy queue. Once you get inside, there is a wide variety of options, including a dedicated vegan section. We chose the raspberry and salted caramel desserts, both of which were delightful and offered a generous portion size. There were also several clearly labeled cakes available.

There were two or three vegan ice cream flavours on offer at the time we visited, along with several dairy-free sorbets. I had the white mint choc chip and chocolate cherry and they were delicious! We were told there is a risk of cross-contamination as the same machines are used to produce the non-vegan ice creams, so useful to know if you have an allergy but otherwise not a problem.

we went on a trip to stratford to dessert after a meal. I had a little pancake with sobert and my friend had wad. (his eyes were bigger than his booze, but he really enjoyed it! my pud was just enough and I really enjoyed it. I was offered flavors of about 6 sobert aromen, I can recommend the vegan chocolate or granatapfel aromen. the personal was beautiful and friendly. really sweet business. I can't blame her at all!

The wait was short, and I appreciated the selection of four vegan ice creams and four sorbets. I opted for the salted caramel and white chocolate mint flavors. They offer clearly marked vegan cones, but I feel you get a better serving with a tub. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, checking whether we had preferences or allergies, and they even remembered us on our return visit. If you sign up for a membership card (or mention that you will), you receive a 10% discount. There's also a loyalty stamp card that rewards you with a free ice cream after a certain number of purchases. We queued for about 40 minutes to get an ice cream from Hoorays. Once at the front of the queue we asked about vegan options and were shown to the vegan cabinet. It was late in the day so 2 flavours had run out, but that left us with 4 options (normally I’d be very happy with 4, but it was a bit disappointing seeing the 12 available for happy cow reviewers last year). There were also 3 vegan cake options: brownie, crumble bar, and carrot cake. We chose the pecan brownie and the salted caramel and brownie ice cream. Both were ok; not unpleasant, but certainly nothing to write home about. I’m hoping that as lockdown eases and the weather warms up they increase their choice of flavours and cake...

There's always a very long queue at peak times so you need a lot of patience. I was lucky and there was just one couple but it still took a while to get my turn. The service is quick but non vegans seem to be overwhelmed by the amount of options and take their time making the choice. The same cannot be said about vegan options though, as there were 6 vegan ice cream on offer 3 fruit sorbets (lemon, pink grapefruit and one more, can't remember) and 3 flavoured ones (plain chocolate, coconut blueberry, chocolate cherry).
