"Driven by the curiosity of the new management of this place in Salsomaggiore I dined last night with 4 friends. After the first look at the place, simple and well maintained, the second look goes directly to the menu. Finally a great cronter between simple cuisine that respects tradition without upsetting, alternative dishes (meat, fish and vegan cuisine! and especially never banal. We opt for the appetizer My friends, a mixture that includes empanadas with vegetables, empanadas with meat and culatello. Excellent fruit of these first ones, really light and not greased. Second I choose the chicken cut with crispy bacon. I always thought that the white chicken meat could not be so soft, had it, I was wrong. this was really special! Finally to fill a last space in the stomach we asked for a taste of the desserts (which in the while of the dinner they passed on other tables and seemed really inviting. Fresh cakes, even the traditional chestnut cake! A coffee, a bitter each and the... last surprise of the evening! A really great dinner at a price more than honest! I'll definitely come back!"
