"Cenamos allí en nuestro último día en Puerto de la Cruz. Las hamburguesas estaban bien, sin ser nada del otro mundo. Venían sin patatas por lo q pedimos un plato de papas locas... Sorpresa! Es un plato de patatas congeladas con varias salsas por 4'50€... Las bebidas también bastante caras para ser de latas 2'50€ En general las hamburguesas estaban buenas pero no volvería a comer allí. El camarero fue muy atento."

"The food is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended to visit! "Fuimos con un Groupon y la experiencia fue buena. La comida bastante bien en cuanto a cantidad y presentación. Lo que comimos, parrillada de pescado y queso frito, estaba bastante bueno. "Four visits to this great value restaurant in the course of a 4-week holiday. The dishes tasted were as follows: Vitello Tonnata Summer Salad Queso Asado Gambas al Ajillo Dorada a la Plancha Lubina a la plancha Bacalao with Langoustine Sauce Ribeye Steak Pasta Rojo Secreto Iberico Caesar Salad All dishes are well presented and very tasty. The food is extremely good value for money. Also, the wine list is amazingly good value. An excellent white wine, Los Perdomos from Lanzarote was forced down on two occasions! A lovely Mencia, Los Rios was delicious with the Ribeye. A delicious Albarino was also selected. Without exception all wines were excellent value for money. Manuella’s selection and pricing policy cannot be faulted. Definitely a once a week visit – at least!!"

"We found the food excessively spicy, despite the fact that we ordered what the waitress suggested, which according to her was the one that was not spicy. The flavor of the dish was lost. The place is a bit noisy and the service is a bit confused. We asked several times and they forgot to bring what we asked for, including 1 of the 4 desserts we ordered. It was included in the bill. I don't know if I will repeat."

"Having reserved a table for four on the evening of the 8th March in the restaurant Tinguaro, we were really looking forward to our visit. Our friends had been there several times and recommended it, so we joined them for the evening. We sat outside on the terrace for pre-dinner drinks. No-one asked if any more were required and we were never asked to be seated inside at our table. We made our own way to the table and eventually ordered our wines and meals. There was only one other couple in the restaurant but the service was incredibly slow. Only three of us ordered starters which were well presented and appetizing. The wines, red and white did not appear until the main course which was over forty minutes later. When the main courses arrived, two fillet steaks, a lamb shank and pork ribs, the meals were all lukewarm and the plates were cold. These were duly returned for reheating and the lamb arrived as a shoulder of lamb and was extremely fatty. My friend refused to eat it. She was asked if she would like something else but it was after 10 pm and too late. Three of us had the flambeed pancakes which were cooked at the table and were excellent, There was a discrepancy with the bill and the waiter was extremely rude to my friend. Needless to say we complained but the Manager was on holiday. Our name and phone number was taken but no call was received. No apology and no encouragement to return there by the Management. Extremely disappointing end to our wonderful visit to Puerto. We go there every year just to sample the wonderful restaurants!"

We wanted to go up to the bar to have a drink after dinner and they sent us to the street to do the queue if we wanted to go up, very bad gention, after consuming they do not allow to go to the bar. "Ate here early evening (6pm) on 8 December 2023, I had half a grilled chicken. It was tasty and I enjoyed it. Later that night I became very ill, starting with severe stomach cramps and several hours later vomiting and severe diarrhoea at the same time. I can honestly say this was one of the worst nights of my life, I had to spend the next day in bed and I was extremely weak and exhausted for the last 3 days of my holiday. I believe that this food poisoning came from the chicken as the meal came out very quickly after ordering and I think the chicken had been left from the lunchtime servings and been kept warm at the wrong temperature for too long. We chose this restaurant as when we walked past earlier (at lunchtime )the half grilled chicken people were eating looked very nice. So in conclusion avoid this restaurant, I will never forget the pain I suffered that night and how very ill I was, and sadly it will take me a long long time to eat chicken again."

"El trato de los camareros es cordial y cercano, además puedes escoger dónde comer, dentro o fuera del local. Comer en las mesas de barril resulta muy agradable, tienes sombra garantizada. El entrecot y el pollo a la brasa son muy ricos, sencillos sin adornos ni salsas. La guarnición y las papas arrugadas son buenos acompañantes, igual que el vino tinto, de buen paladar y buen precio teniendo en cuenta la zona turística y los precios de la zona. "our first visit to this restaurant has not been able to be more pleasant. recently opened establishment but that has an experienced chef at the front (juan). good service and letter not very extensive, but with very elaborate dishes. We ordered the vegetable salad, the mushroom risotto and a puréed carrilla, and all the dishes dripped us. and dessert brownie and an apple crumble, both delicious. exquisite and very close treatment. very good quality-price ratio. we will repeat insurance."
