"Having reserved a table for four on the evening of the 8th March in the restaurant Tinguaro, we were really looking forward to our visit. Our friends had been there several times and recommended it, so we joined them for the evening. We sat outside on the terrace for pre-dinner drinks. No-one asked if any more were required and we were never asked to be seated inside at our table. We made our own way to the table and eventually ordered our wines and meals. There was only one other couple in the restaurant but the service was incredibly slow. Only three of us ordered starters which were well presented and appetizing. The wines, red and white did not appear until the main course which was over forty minutes later. When the main courses arrived, two fillet steaks, a lamb shank and pork ribs, the meals were all lukewarm and the plates were cold. These were duly returned for reheating and the lamb arrived as a shoulder of lamb and was extremely fatty. My friend refused to eat it. She was asked if she would like something else but it was after 10 pm and too late. Three of us had the flambeed pancakes which were cooked at the table and were excellent, There was a discrepancy with the bill and the waiter was extremely rude to my friend. Needless to say we complained but the Manager was on holiday. Our name and phone number was taken but no call was received. No apology and no encouragement to return there by the Management. Extremely disappointing end to our wonderful visit to Puerto. We go there every year just to sample the wonderful restaurants!"

Fue una comida espectacular. Tanto el lugar como el servicio y la comida. No sabría decir k plato m gustó más y los postres también están a la altura. Una parada obligatoria si vas x tenerife

El parque un lugar maravilloso, la pena es el poco cuidado que se le dispensa y aún así se mantiene limpio, la gente pasea, con sus niños , con sus mascotas, hace deporte, se reúnen sobre el césped, disfrutan de un entorno inigualable con una temperatura que invita a salir y simplemente dejarse llevar

We found this place after trying a nearby restaurant only to find it had shut down. What a happy accident that turned out to be! The food here was excellent, the best of our trip so far. Gazpacho and bread were amazing and our main of paella was one of the best we've had. Service was attentive too. We found it great value for money too. Highly recommended. Voir le carte

An oasis restaurant away from all the overpriced tourist tacky restaurants in town. This restaurant is excellent, delicious high quality ingredients , dishes made with love and care. Home made croquette’s were to die for, just delicious. Place is clean and tidy, and excellent friendly professional serving staff that treat you properly. Highly recommend a meal here.

Lugar escondido a la vista de cualquiera... Maravilloso lugar donde podemos encontrar una iglesia anglicana, rodeada de lugares dónde hacer ejercicio al aire libre. En su parque, disponemos de una amplia vista geodésica, donde podemos ver la parte casi total del puerto de la cruz... Así como existen cascadas, fuentes, jardines donde hacer fotos con los niños y después tomar algo en su quiosco, donde los atenderán amablemente... Lo recomiendo
