"Merci is located at the entrance to the Lago Center. Some of the offering on the menu consists of wraps, pasta, beef, fish, salads, burgers, beer, wine and desserts.The atmosphere is nice with floor to ceiling windows with a view out to the sidewalk tables and the masses coming and going to the Lago Center. The place seems to have a nice, relaxed designed environment. Plastic flowers decorate most of the tables and counter and the seating is plastic chairs and/or synthetic covered seats or benches. I opted for the burger with fries (9.90€) and a beverage. A ketchup bottle is brought out to the table. The burger was ok with lettuce, tomato, sauce and what seemed to be garlic powder mixed in the burger patty. The fries were just terrible. If this is the best you can offer for fries then simply take them off the menu! They were shoestring fries, brought out in a bowl and I could immediately tell they were greasy. A cup full of greasy, broken pieces of shoestring fries, what a disaster!While dining, I saw (through the kitchen) a small deep fryer and two cans of food on the counter. In my opinion, I could only assume that the food in these cans were simply being poured out of the can and cooked or warmed up by the kitchen ‘chefs’. It certainly was not home cooked food. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The sidewalk seating is nice on a warm day, but don’t expect much from the food. I would not visit again."

"When we entered the empty restaurant shortly before six o'clock, presented us and said that we had reserved one table, we obviously did not believe that. he had to check out in the reservation book, said not particularly friendly waitertalent. then he flashed back and forth, but the reservation book did not find stupid. so we had to wait - and hope that we will be served. is finally a gourmet temple and it seems somehow understandable that you don't let everyone in right now. after a great time of recklessness we were sent out to a small table on the loud square in front of the restaurant. this place is close to a busy road and is therefore not necessarily the place where you want to enjoy an expensive evening meal. And the table was still somehow left and apparently seemed good enough for us. a reservation sign was not on it anyway. when we complained, we were allowed to take a place in the interior of the restaurant - and were of course very grateful for the hospitality! we ordered the "bouillabaisse à la bertold siber", a former cooker from constanz. "with fennel, lick, tomato and garlic - by fish and crustling" is the add-on on the menu. which was served, however, was a salty little bite with a lot of laugh and a little bite. fenchel also gave it, but probably only in trace elements. the crowning (in the negative sense) was however a large piece of an and suppefinable fish variety, which floated in the middle of the squam and was so tough that it was only possible to cut it with the knife laboriously, and the crustaceans became a medium-sized garnel. the attached roast bread presented itself in the form of thinner slices in a very bit-resistant tweeback style, which had also been thinly refined with some garlic butter. hardly believe what one sells in constanz as bouillabaisse. if the herr siber knew ... Conclusion: this restaurant is completely overrated according to our opinion regarding service and kitchen performance. hardly to believe that one was given a Michelin star for the next part. but maybe we just got a bad day..."

"Service very good and attentive , Menu price 95 euro pro person with a 1d glass of wine with every course.The location is very nice and the atmosphere lovely . Made very welcome by the waitress and shown to a nice table with view .The food was just ok , Very welll presented but in some cases lacking taste or over salted . the starter was pork served with a apple compot and crumble , very nice but the apple crumble reterned in many of the courses again and again , seems that it goes with everything you can imagine . The main of squid was very tasteless served with fennel puree and fennel salad ( so salty ) saved only by the rissotto with was very tasty and would have been tasty without the squid ink that made it look like a rissotto from hell . A fish soup was one of the starters with a fish consumé that was lacking any taste at all with raw skrie fish slice , fish slice tender and good.Veal Glands , tiny nuggets in batter with a green and citrus puree served on cold pebbles , interesting and all three tiny morsels were consumed , nothing to blow you away and too tiny to say if they were good or not , could have been anything in the batter to be realistic , And dessert , not for anybody with a sweet tooth , creme brulee made with goatmilk, so salty and a salty goatmillk ice cream with ....... guess........apple crumble , well a quarter teaspoon of apple and a quarter teaspoon of crumble If you got a couple of hundren euros to spare and you like a WTF is on my plate for this much money experiance you will have a great time in this resturant . Food not good enough for a real gourmet experiance , price too high for what is offered"

"Unglaublich.! Achtung liebe alle Familie! So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt..! Einfach nur frech, unfair, unproffessionel und Enttäuschung pur.! Wir, acht Personen (vier Eltern und vier Kinder möchten nur eine Reservation an dieses Restaurnat buchen. Zuerst haben wir gedacht machen wir die Online, geschriebend, da so schnell und unkompliziert ist! Nach 2 Stunden um etwa 11:10 Uhr als wir auch telefonieren zu bestätigen haben, war zuerst am Telefon eine Dame, eine Serviceangestellterin und leider konnte sie die Reservation noch nicht bestätigen, weil der Geschaftsleiter noch nicht da war. Kapazitat gab es noch aber es sollte zuerst der Geschaftsleiter damit sich kummeren. spät nachmittag um etwa 17:10 Uhr (6 Stunden später für ein Ja oder Nein..!!! endlich der Geschaftsleiter rüft uns an um zu sagen dass, er kann leider die Reservation nicht annehmen. Als ich ihm gefragt habe, ob der Grund ist dass die voll sind, er hat mir geantwortet ' 'Nein, wir sind nicht voll aber aus personlichen Grunden..???!!!!. kann er die Reservation nicht akseptieren..????!!! ' ' Waaaassss..???!!! Was bedeutet ' 'aus Personlichen Grunde..???!!! ' ' Haben wir etwas falsch gemacht, dass wir dort reservieren mochten..???!!! Oder kenne wir uns es war ein Problem..??!!! So etwas gehört GAR NICHT IN GASTRONOMIE, als ich auch Gastronome bin.! ABSOLUTE NON-GO für die Gastronomie, ABSOLUTE NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN1"
