"Finding nowhere with space in Apricale, we spotted this place as we entered Isolabona, the enticing glimpse of shady pergola almost missed as we approached the junction. We were only a week in the area, but had lunch here three times, definitely our favourite restaurant. Run by a husband and wife, whose names I wish I had taken the trouble to learn (Bruno? , the atmosphere was unpretentious and completely relaxing, the delicious home-made pasta cooked and served with evident pride, with a delectable pre-starter offered gratis to whet the appetite, and the Rossese wine from the Cantina Aprosio, addictive. There was something about the place we loved, and when we return to this wonderful corner of Italy, we will make a bee-line for it."
