"we were in the company of cousins and friends, and to make a beautiful figure I booked from the for Thursday a table for six adults and two seats for children. on the phone they tell me that there are two evening shifts, the first at and the other at we had two cars and when we arrived we immediately found parking for its wide outdoor space, even if dirt. This last point is not convenient for those who come with heels or have strollers like us. at the entrance we felt a strong smell of brace, for some it could be pleasant for others not. the staff welcomed us and accompanied us to the table. Fortunately the table was the one on the sides and not at the center of the external dehor. chosen by the managers who allowed us to keep the strollers so as not to be in the way of the waiters. the evening was very ventilated, but the dehor though outside was quite repaired. after about fifteen minutes we ordered. as appetizers we have taken: bruschetta (mozzarella fior di latte, tomato condito, mortadella and rucola,) (fried pizza with fillings: raw ham, mozzarella cherry and rocket; stracciatella, tomato schiattarisciato and capocollo) and frittini. de drink two beers, two bottles of water and a coca-cola. of appetizers only the fritters were not of my liking, the breasts were hard and the panzerotti did not have the classic fried gilding but were dark brown: burned. perfect waiting times. the six pizzas all came together. I took the pizza mortazza (with fior of milk, mortadella bologna, pistachio in two versions: cream and granella). My wife instead took pizza with fior di latte, dried tomatoes, burrata del casaro and capocollo di martina franca. exceptional pizzas, with high and pasty edge as we like. fresh ingredients and quality. our nuts have taken a delicious on the tips (buffalo mozzarella, san marzano tomato fillet, black pepper, basil and ricotta tips,) a DOC queen (pomodoro san marzano, fior di latte, basil, evo oil) and yellow (buffalo mozzarella, yellow datterino sauce, basil pesto, evo oil and fresh basil). friendly staff and with properly worn masks. spent a little less than a couple. restaurant saved among my favorites. recommended."

"I 'm a bit confused by other reviews of this restaurant. I found it to be one of the best meals on my trip to Puglia. 1st, Gallipoli is a lovely Greek-like town, with beautiful blue water, colorful fishing boats and a lot of history and amazing architecture. I wish I had time to see more of it. I 'd like to return some day. Our main purpose for this stop was to have lunch and for me to eat my 1st sea urchin. It was late and not many places were open. This is a problem in Puglia for tourists. They really do shut down and take a siesta. We were lucky to find La Paranza open. I was leery that we were the only diners. Unfortunately, they had no sea urchins. We opted to eat outside on the patio. Trees hid the view of the fishermen and their stalls. This place was my 1st taste of Pugliese olives which arrived complimentary. OMG....I attacked the bowl of green olives like a bowl of popcorn. So meaty and delicious. The bread was also excellent. I love fish but am often hesitant to order it. If it is the slightest bit over-cooked, I hate it. My swordfish with lemon and oil was one of the best dishes ever. I also ordered a beautiful fresh salad. The tomatoes all over Puglia were exceptional. A friend had fried calamari which was probably just okay. Another had spaghetti and mussels which he shared, and I liked that a lot, too. Local red wine was reasonably priced and sold in small bottles, perfect for us. I loved my meal. Euro 56 for 3 people with wine. Luckily, as we were leaving La Paranza, the fish stalls were starting to open up again. A kind fisherman at the La Lampara stall fed me 2 spoonfuls of sea urchin which I loved. I will never forget this very special travel memory."

"streik: most of the terrasian tables were empty when we arrived at pm, and the first suggestion of the service was an ersatztisch outside the regular sitting area and essentially as part of the waiting area before entering the restaurant. After the service couldn't sit on this table, another couple sat there a later one (even if until pm not all regular tables sit, and many tables could sit over the time again.) streik: we ordered a glittering water, but of course, something I would not normally mention, but it sat nicely the wonderful service. for this combination of the attention of the service I give a star. back: strik: after about minutes waiting time a pizza and pasta with whistles was brought to our tables. far away from our two completely different ordered pizzas. it took a few minutes (to wait time to bring the right two pizzas at the second try. we received at least one fried pizzateig in the minute, but like other tables that were accumulated after the first failed attempt, and successful second attempt it seems as if the service did not even say the kitchen to prioritize the forgotten/connected order. for the total delay I reduce another star that leads to strike: as mentioned by others, the bill we have received has taken the wrong price. a large beer was awarded in the original menu at vs. the increase in billing from to an equally tried overcharge of there is also corperto per person without getting a little brot. for the strike I reduce another star: the last is the fact that the overload is not a simple error, but more actual and planned. Why? because the beer is added to vs. in the billing system and they can adjust the price as they wish. at the end both bills have specified the name of the beer, but once with and once with everyone should be extremely careful while paying the bill! that brings us to stare. not to mention, we had to ask time for a bill and waited a few minutes (with only other tables sitting and coworkers.) overall really a disappointment of the service that is quite a pity, since the pizza was actually quite good and probably one of our favorites about southern Italy. many thanks to the kitchen and I'm sorry that the service ruins the beautiful work they do."
