"I went in with my family to eat on 31st July 2021 to Bolton Pepes, we ordered chicken strips, chicken wings, chicken nuggets and fried rice. We found hair in the fried rice, the rice was uncooked, and informed the staff, they give us another potion to take away. The chicken pieces were hard and rubbery, looked as if it was re-heated food that they give us. Lots of powdery sauce poured all over the chicken. They should give us fresh food, it’s what we paid for (it’s not cheap prices) The next morning we all had sickness and diareha, this was due to the food poisoning of there food. I rang up to speak to manager, I was passed over to him, as soon as I explained about food poisoning, the person said he wasn’t the manager couldnt do anything about it, spoke in a rude manner and told me to ring tomorrow, there was no apologies or wasn’t concerned at all. I asked for his name and said he wasn’t allowed to give out their names, I thought it was ridiculous. I rate them 0 for food and customer service. Instead of ringing them I will be ringing the council."
