My Dad has severe walking disabilities and has stage 4 cancer and uses a frame to slowly move. You can guess how angry I was to see 3 big 4×4 and a two seater convertible parked in the bays with not one displaying a disabled badge. I complained to reception on entry and they just stated it was down to Middlebrook retail park and not the restaurant. These are bays directly in front of their doors. Surely then they should be Complaining to the retail park in defence of their disabled customers. They also sat him right at the other side of the restaurant when they could see he really, really struggles to walk. No care for the disabled at this place, so certainly won't be visiting again."

duck spring rolls dry and tasteless. veg in stir fry raw. a glass of bad quality wine. background! music so loud we fought to talk. really disappointing. we are not coming back.

Great tasty food but think restaurant was caught out by being over busy so service was over long after second course to main course. We have had salt and pepper chips before here and this time these were clearly fries from Maccies. Minor issues over what was a great meal.

Our starters arrived 25 minutes after we placed our initial order: the battered squid was lukewarm and barely edible, while the chicken satay was just "okay." After over 40 minutes of waiting and requesting to place a drink order, a server finally approached us to inform us that there was no duck left! My partner's curry was served with a disappointing portion of salt and pepper chips, and there were no rice dishes or the duck alternative that I had wanted to order. The ribs we ordered were extremely fatty and lacked flavor. In total, we spent nearly £70, and unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

we ordered 4 starters rated £9 average. chicken balls weren't eggs. they were only chicken nuggets/dipper covered with sauce. also had condensation/water on the bowl, so that it indicated that they were covered and microwave table in the next ordered children nuggets eating and they were the same. Salt/Pepper ripening were tasteless and also came in a sauce so that no salt/pepper taste. mixed starter for 2 was enough for 1 person. the mains were excellent in the opposite but and were worth for money. too many different employees came to ask for drinks etc. instead of it is 1 server for our table. constant interruptions. what should have been a decent evening and be very dissatisfied.
