"more than 20 years I was a guest of this small and fine restaurant. I admit, in the early days when I was still living in Lohfelden, I was more likely to arrive there. But there is one thing that has not changed in all these years: one is seen there at any time as a friend (and not just as a guest) and the food has a consistently excellent quality and at good prices! Although we only had the super-leckere pizza today, I would nevertheless like to point out that the kitchen also prepared fish and meat dishes incomparable. As a small suggestion to the owner, real sunsails or umbrellas or any other option for shading for the back terrace would be great, because in principle one sits on this beautiful, as something more protected from the road and denser on the Fulda. In the case of sunshine, however, there is only a maximum of 1 shaded space per table, so that there are hardly any people sitting here. Conclusion: Delicious Schnitzel, surely the core competencies of this place. Service, also the second service that eventually came to it, very nice and flotted. We like to come back."

"We were here after the owners changed and wanted to know if it is now just as great as the old owners. As usual, we reserved a table for Saturday night because you always had to do it. When we came, we were not brought to our table as usual, but the table was shown with a finger. The card was as usual and we ordered our favorite dishes. Ri-Pu plates etc. The portions were as usual large and the salad selection at the salad buffet as before. Quality was okay. It was noticeable for us that the very restrained mood and that we, although the glasses were empty, were not even asked if we wanted to drink. Thus we have eaten, paid and returned relatively early. That was different in the past, with a lot of mood, fun and great attentive service. Maybe it's changing to our favorites."
