German/hesian traditional dishes in vegan are very rare to find, so I am very happy about this restaurant. I had the vegan obazda, vegan hand cheese and cheese and was very satisfied. also my omnivorous family tasted it.

I've been here 2 times with omnivore friends and they also tried the vegan options. Everyone was very happy with its choice! The menu is changing from time to time and there are vegan options marked on the menu in all categories: starters, soup, main dishes and desserts. They also offer vegan cooking classes. The staff is friendly and portions are bigGreat place to eat!

very nice place. one of the owners is vegan herself so they actually know what they are talking about unlike a lot of other rustic places. the vegan stuff is amazing! i recommend getting the käsespätzle the fried onions on top are just great! it's impossible to leave hungry as the portions are very generous. there's also always at least one vegan dessert option and i've never had a better side salad. totally worth it's price.

the location is just beautiful. we sat outside in the open yard of the mill with a small pond (because many kois in Japanese carp artificially hold in a small pond is such a ding for vegans:inside....sorry) the vegan selection is rich, therefore also 4 stars at the end. eating well-bourgeois is good, though not always outstanding. the bratkartoffeln were salty (why? after-salting you could always) and the since-scarved too thick, therefore very sincere in taste with less aroma through the panade. the dessert was the hammer, very good. the personal top friendly and attentive. updated from previous review on 2021 09 29 Voir le carte
