Zizzi - York - Menu

really nice and friendly staff and several vegan options. it is however a chain restaurant and most dishes are not vegan friendly.

They have a great vegan menu. I had vegan bruschetta and a vegan pizza with artichoke, spinach and pine nuts. The pizza was quite big, I took half home in a box. Great food and service!

When I came here, there was a lot of uncertainty about what was vegan and what was not. the menu and the online menu had contradictory information. a coworker cleared it up, but could not help to feel uncomfortable.

Zizzi never disappoints and tastes even better with a 30% voucher code. As creatures of habit when it comes to Zizzi we had the vegan margherita with extra mushrooms on a rustica base at £9.95 and the trusty old spag pomodoro with extra olives at £7.95. Both very tasty and thoroughly appreciated with a carafe of vegan wine.

great place to eat with amazing personal! I and my partner came here to eat something while we were on our honeymoon in york and the personal was so great. our waiter was amazing that he had entertained us all about our high time, gave us a great recommendation on eating and sorting us with some drinks! great start to our day.

we came here tonight and were not disappointed. we sat right away (and we were sent away from 2 different restaurants before we were full) eating quickly and the contactless order worked super. the atmosphere was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I recommend the still limonade and the salted caramel chocolate brownie

You can get 40% off the pizzas if you go with someone who has an NUS card, so that's what I did (normally I find this place quite pricey). I do recommend getting more than 3 toppings I think I narrowed my choices down to 6 eventually! But it all fit nicely and worked very well. There's a lot of vegan cheese on these pizzas which often isn't the case, so this is definitely a plus! I also had the nectarini dessert which I found a bit sour. Would recommend the ice cream on its own.

Five us dined at Zizi's on a busy Saturday, but the starters and main courses came out quickly. I enjoyed the prawn and salmon hanging kebab very theatrical and the others enjoyed their meals. I liked that there was an open kitchen. We had a 12 year old with us, who didn't like mushrooms, so they offered to remove them from the pizza he wanted. One of our guests has a nut allergy, so the waiter took great care to cater for his needs and gave him a menu which listed any allergens in the ingredients. All in all, it was a great visit. It wasn't cheap, however, we did have a bottle of wine, beers and various soft drinks. If you are in York, this is a good choice but looking at how busy it was on...

there is a sperarate vegan menu with fair amount of options: a few pizzas; a few pasta dishes; a delicious rainbow lisagne that I had, which was not a vegan, which was refreshing; a new risotto that made sound good. could be nice to see a calzone and a kind of salad bowl. there are some vegan sides, some appetizers and 1 very nice dessert: a zillionaires tart, although it would have been better with some vegan ice since it was a little dry. there were also the standard sorbets, but it would be nice to see some more vegan desserts. the atmosphere was nice, service a little slow, but the staff was helpful, in any case recommend booking as they had to turn walk-ins away (6 pm on Sunday.) the lo...
