Zizzi Wembley - Menu

We really like this chain and have never been disappointed by the restaurants we visited. Appropriate prices with a good selection of dishes and wines.

Quick dinner with family ahead of a match at Wembley. Good for location and fast and friendly service. Pasta portions are small and tasty. The desserts are excellent

The service was very slow. Some employees seemed to chat. When we were finally served, the meal went according to plan. The Portuguese waiter added a little charm to the process.

My daughters and I were here for supper before the Strictly! Tour at the Arena. Busy, noisy restaurant but excellent service and good food. Gluten free menu was very helpful for us. Not somewhere for a quiet evening perhaps but ideal for us.

Beautiful waitress, but despite the knowledge of the concert in the SSE Arena, the restaurant was briefly occupied. We booked when we visited the concert. At 18.25 a.m., the appetizers arrived at 7.10 p.m., then we had to ask them to hurry with the main course, as we thought we could miss the start of the concert (one of the Mains was a salad). At no time were we discussed the 45-minute delay for food. No toilet paper in the ladies lavator.

The shared starters were good, but the main dishes were disappointing. The pizzas were not up to par and two members of our group ordered the same chicken schnitzel meal but received different versions. My special tagliatelle with mixed seafood had overcooked pasta, which the manager acknowledged and deducted from the bill. However, the meal should never have been served like that in the first place. I had to cut off the rock-hard pasta, which spoiled the dish for me. Our original server was excellent, but it seemed like she went on a break and the others were slower in their service.

Booked for a pre evening event at the arena so understandably very busy, however the tables were crammed in, I'm guessing additional tables added on busy nights. We were seated before 4 other tables however our order was taken after theirs and I had to go to the bar to ask for my order to be taken. Service was quite slow, we would have had time for dessert had it not taken so long for our order to be taken for both starters main and again for dessert. I felt like there want one person allocated our table so service was dependent on someone passing, noticing and being free. Food was perfectly acceptable and reasonable choice for vegetarian options.

So the place wasn't that busy everyone had left for a concert. Ordered Arancini and chicken milanese. Sparking water asell so not too much of a test well so I thought. First to arrive water lemon and ice in glass large bottle of water at room temperature which meant more ice needed maybe no fridges. Then to arrive arrancini we'll I was shocked they were smaller than I've ever and tasteless would not recommend those. Then the chicken milanese which eas served with fries carrots and bay leafs. I was amazed I thought it look liked a findus meal and most probably the latter would of been better. So £36.00 spent on a meal for one would be better to have gone to Mcds. Come on Zizzis .

We had booked a table but that didn't seem to matter, we felt like a bit of an inconvenience. No kids menu offered as Mothers Day (MD) so apparently had too much to cook to do kids . Absolutely ridiculous and we weren't told this. Our 10 yr old had to share our starter and then struggle with an adult pizza. We were Sat in a draft as they kept he door open to serve people outside. My mimosa as part of MD special was a 2/3rd glass of Buck's Fizz (not the cocktail promised) disappointing and not very special. Lamb in chianti was ok lamb very fatty (not rendered down sufficiently) and not particularly hot. Tiramisu was a highlight though. Service wasn't good they were too busy and still kept ram...
