This Zizzi wasn’t the best I’ve been to in terms of food, but it was still satisfactory. The service, however, was excellent.

Really basic. Cocktails were not nice and presented really poorly. Food tasted like they were ready meals warmed up. Never will go again. Prezzo is so much nicer.

Nice meal with friends in a lovely waterfront setting. Service from the waiter who took our order and waitress who took drinks order was friendly and efficient but greeting on arrival was poor as I was told they could not find my booking. When I said I had booked through Opentable he seemed displeased and said bookings often didn't come through but we were just lucky he had a table free! Not a good start but once we were seated we had good service and a good meal.

When we arrived, we were informed that our reservation had not been noted, making the booking feel pointless. The staff seemed distracted, almost floating around the restaurant while sipping drinks and chatting, clearly oblivious to the customers and their needs. Occasionally, they’d stop by our table to check if we were ready to place an order, but only after a long wait. The food arrived in small batches, and we eventually gave up on waiting for them to take our dessert orders.

Upon our arrival, we were informed that the restaurant did not receive notifications for bookings made through OpenTable, rendering our reservation pointless. Throughout the evening, we noticed the staff chatting among themselves, drinking, and meandering about, seemingly oblivious to the customers. They would occasionally grace us with their presence to check if we were ready to endure another lengthy wait for our food. The dishes arrived sporadically, and after a while, we lost patience waiting for them to take our dessert orders and decided to leave.
