"Such a shame. We had a great meal but the service was sooo slow. We had booked a table so were shown to it on arrival but then the wait began. 15 minutes before we got a drink and 40 minutes before we got our starter after reminding them we were still waiting. Didnt bother asking for another drink or a pudding! Not sure who was at fault kitchen or servers. People arriving after us were told there was a 30 minute wait for food so presume it was the kitchen. There didnt appear to be anyone in charge to complain to. The hostess looked about 16 and very bewildered."

Lack of food available from the main menu. Chicken was obviously frozen and not cooked properly. Very disappointing.

World class service, the little foriegn woman is a ledge and sooooo nice. Food was lovely, it's all about buffalo milk!!!

not the best meal I ever had. the starters were nice, the main thing was average and cold, but desserts were nice. the service was that I must say the best of zizzi. that was a little bit less than I was in chester a few times and it was always top-class.

We waited a total of 50 minutes for our garlic bread appetizer, then another half hour for our entrees. It seems that the chefs were inexperienced trainees who mixed up the orders, resulting in customers who arrived after us being served before us. Although we were not charged for the starter and main course as compensation, it did not make up for the lengthy wait for our food.
