awful food, dirty cutlery and crockery, forgetful staff. Waited 5 minutes for cutlery to eat food that was placed on the table, would never re-attend. Mother’s Day meal ruined

Couldn’t put zero star mark as waited nearly an Hour just for my side dish and food absolute joke my girlfriends food came out before mine and we both ordered at same time like the service was a joke

My partner and I had a lovely meal. I can't have dairy, so it's great they offer a dairy free/vegan menu, so easy to choose rather than having to ask about allergens all the time. We have booked another date night! Voir le carte

Dined here on a busy Friday evening and were greeted with a friendly smile! Very welcoming and attentive waiter, provided some recommendation and offered a vegan menu should we wished to explore alternative dishes. The food arrived within 10 mins, huge portion sizes and great...tasting as you’d expect. Great job High Wycombe Wagamama!

Love wagamama. Fresh and tasty fast food. And the beauty (like any chain reataurant) you know what you're getting. We had dinner here as a group, I had the pad Thai (beautiful) along with Asana Japanese beer. Food is served as it comes, generally not...an issue, but one of our friends didn't get theirs until we had all almost finished.that aside, food was tasty, service was fast and polite.

We went to Wagamama High Wycombe yesterday to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday. It was busy, as usual, and our waitress warned us there was a half-hour waiting for our order. Actually our waitress deserves a mention. Rochelle made my daughter feel special on her...birthday and brought her food a lot earlier than the estimated half an hour. the employees were generally very nice and understanding of the situation, but I ordered a huhn katsu and it came very raw then I ordered the steak teriyaki and that came extremely rare and at this point I was completely out. I will not come back, not by the fault of the floor staff, but the kitchen staff who, although they cut through the shun before they decorate it, have not yet realized that it was raw. Many thanks to the workers who reduced the order, but I hope that these kitchen staff are taught how to cook

Oh, my God. I have been here many times and usually can not blame the place, but today's visit/experience was very disappointing. my main course arrived immediately and tasted super, so no complaining there, but my side order of the steamed rolls took old to come and they were cold when they finally came. then I had to wait old before I was served my dessert. enough to say the service I received this evening was quite dirty, which is a scandal that generally speaking I like the place and cannot find mistakes with eating. Maybe it was just a one-off because the restaurant was pretty busy. I hope so, because I definitely want to go back to some stage.

on Saturday with a group of friends and the waiting was out. no problem with it, it is a popular place, but they clearly prioritize the online orders via the guests in the actual restaurant. While we were out in the waiting queue, we had to move constantly so that the drivers could come by. they let us know that there would be a delay at this time. well again, it's a Saturday night. after approx. 20 minutes waiting time I wait inside but had to wait next to the table, where they kept the ripped and delivered, so that we stayed on the knock again or had to move to make a place. when we sat, we ordered our drinks and appetizers together, then the drinks all came to a time, with one of the juic...
