"Being a very good customer of Nando’s I decided to order a delivery meal what a bad move on my part! The delivery was late, missing side orders and was cold , the chicken was so tough dried out it was like it had be sitting around for a while and one of the mains was so spiced not the mango one we ordered (compared to another piece in the order) We were refused any refund even on the missing sides poor customer service (theft as we paid money for no goods) Eventually we have been offered a “chicken cheque” wow really why would we want to cash this at a restaurant where we’ve had such a bad experience I don’t think so."

had a really nice vegan pizza. the pizza was a really good size and had no taste, its probably had one of the best vegan pizza’s ive.

staff in uniform smoking in door way looked grubby got told were shut went to orpington had to vertually book ? from an app i only wanted chicken and chips place was empty unhelpfull staff wont be using these again

denied the happy cow doesn't let me give 5 stars. they have a fully vegan menu. had an amazing salad, incredible (spicious) pizza and gorgeous malbec wein. could not have been more delicious and the staff was super friendly.

I would like to take the time to thank peter (who I think the manager) for providing super service (while they were very busy). he is a huge good for the restaurant and deserves recognition and is truly hard worker and beautiful guy.

I went with my daughter for dinner and it was delicious, the best Nando's we have ever had. The food was cooked perfectly! The staff were outstanding and the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely. The place is very well-maintained and clean.

I will give 0 out of 10 to bromley Nando's as I found this restaurant unhygienic as the plate and glasses were smelling disgusting and when I notified it to manager suggested to clean their dish washer he denied to accept their mistake said thats how it suppose to be, listening to manager response I was shocked and decided never to visit Nando's at bromley high street again.
