Food was presented very well, service was fast and staff were very welcoming. I will definitely be returning very soon.

Ok Food, it's as expected from a Zizzi chain. However we had a very rude waitress that we had to complain about, so will not return to this restaurant.

Restaurant is a chain and everything was just as you would expect. Service was fine, no long waits. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good and value for money, not over priced. All OK by me, no complaints at all

At first we thought it was quite good, but having been to the Lancaster zizzi today I must mark it down we were only offered basic menu with only rustic pizza on. No lunch discount menu, no Christmas menu !!! So for 4 mains 3 sweets and 4 none acoholic drinks it was very expensive. Also I was not offered to become a zillionaire and get a free garlic bread etc. so I must mark it down Voir le carte

Visited here with my partner and her brother and had an enjoyable meal on the whole. Booked in advance and got dated upstairs with a nice view above the kitchen and over the rest of the restaurant. Unfortunately they didn't have what we ordered but a quick alternative was found instead. The food wasn't bad and the service was good. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at at Resorts World, but aesthetically, this is probably one of the nicer looking eateries at the complex.

The food was very good, hot and very tasty and they had a really good new fresh drinks menu, definitely recommend the pomegranate aperol spritz! The service to begin with was good, friendly and quick, however we waited for about 20 minutes to ask for our bill and when we did I mentioned to the waitress that we had some Tesco coupons to use, at this she snapped at me that we couldn’t use them at this particular restaurant which had been the case for 10 days! And I should’ve received an email and checked first!!! It wasn’t a problem, my mistake and I was happy to pay obviously, but I wasn’t expecting such a rude, unpleasant reaction!Totally unnecessary and spoilt our experience.

I'm glad it's not only me! I visited the NEC and ate here back in Feb 2023 and had a really great meal. So when I returned on Tuesday I thought I should go back...I really wish I had gone somewhere else! The service was shoddy, we weren't checked on once we had received our meals. I paid extra to upgrade to fresh egg pasta, but what I received defo wasn't fresh pasta it tasted like it was out of a packet! I had the prawn chilli linguine. I received only 4 prawns on top of the pasta! When I mentioned it to the waitress she just dismissed it. We felt a bit neglected and rushed out of the restaurant, even though it wasn't busy.
