Awful service, awful food and awful manager. Please do not try the tagliatelle Misto mare as the tagliatelle is undercook and stuck together. According to the chef the tagliatelle is meant to be that way Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was disappointing and seemed like it was just frozen Costco items. The service charge was questionable as there was minimal service unless you were paying. The service at this restaurant was terrible. I requested a specific table due to having a toddler, but they refused because it was for a group of 6 or more. However, no one ended up using that table and we were still seated until 10pm. The food was very bland with no real flavor. I do not plan on returning. Parking is free after 6pm and there are plenty of parking spaces available, including paid parking lots. The average price per person for dinner is £20-30.

I would recommend staying away from this chain restaurant. The food does not resemble authentic Italian cuisine and the ingredients do not seem to be fresh, tasting as though they were frozen. It seems that many dishes are pre-made at a central kitchen. They do clearly mark allergy triggers for those with dietary restrictions. The service is satisfactory for dining in for dinner, with an average price of £30-40 per person. I cannot confirm the options for vegetarians, as I am unsure. However, vegetarian dishes are clearly labeled on the menu. The restaurant offers plenty of parking with a free parking lot.

Ordered the bbq pulled pork with cheese and parsley over chips. On receiving the food there was no bbq sauce,no cheese no parsley. Just plain pork and chips together. The dough strips was ment to be served with 3 sauces and only received 2 and the dough was extremely chewy. The bbq pulled pork pizza was plain and no taste,if there was a slither of sauce on the pork it was not noticed. Only recieved a refund of £12 and the order was £33.
