"Disclaimer: My son, Henry James is the chef at the new Zita 's Bar and Restaurant (has been for a month or so). I was finally able to check out Zita 's yesterday. There were three of us dining. My daughter and I were able to sample a new menu item freshly made tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms. Yes, all freshly made. Garnished with rocket, the dish presented well and was light and flavoursome. The third member of our party had a burger, called 'The Usual Suspect '. Again, well presented as a stack and a well balanced dish. Whilst Zita 's takes pains to move away from the perception that it is a burger bar replacement (there have been burger bars on site previously), there still are burgers on the menu. The pricing of the dishes was reasonable and compare well with similar styled restaurants. I must repeat that the food is freshly made, not reheated frozen packages which one often finds in chain restaurants. In my opinion, Zita 's has taken a bold step in allowing a chef to showcase his talent, rather than going with the easy option of 'this is how the dish has to look, because every other restaurant in our chain does it this way '. Freshly made pizzas are also on the menu which I am looking forward to trying next time I visit the restaurant. I was able to have a quick tour of the kitchen which was spotless. I was told that the decor of the restaurant is being updated soon to help cement the new image of the restaurant. The downstairs area will also be opened soon. I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant when you are next in Exeter."

Zizzi is an excellent Italian restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and staff. I always enjoy coming here for delicious pizza, homemade pasta, fantastic cocktails, and amazing desserts. It's a great place to dine!

the food was delicious. the Koleslaw was probably the best ive ever had. the rib meat fell from the bone and was perfectly seasoned and Mary the owner was so welcoming and beautiful and there was a really personal and cozy atmosphere!!

Last night we had dinner at Cita’s! The food was really delicious and the portions so generous we couldn't even eat dessert! The woman who served us was very friendly and attentive. You have a 2 for 1 cocktail deal that is worth a visit alone. We're definitely going back!

First time ever at Zita's tonight and was not disappointed at all. Tried brisket for the first time and I'm glad to say it was amazing. So tender and good portions with the whole meal. The slaw finished it off perfectly! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Thanks Zita's! Will be back again for sure!

Food is amazing definitely worth a visit!! Full of flavour great portion sizes and the milkshakes are also yummy!!Is a Great find been twice now and been great both times!! Convince of car park straight in front of it is great when we took our son!! Staff nice and friendly and attentive! And great value!

We ordered takeaway through a 3rd party company online during a busy period and our food was delayed half an hour. It arrived half an hour later than this, waiting just over two hours in total. The driver was apologetic and we were actually given a full refund upon querying this, so we feel that their customer service was spot on and we are ordering from them again as I write this. The food itself when it did arrive was still hot, and was easily some of the best burgers we've ever had. The food really was amazing, don't just take my word for it.
