Domenica dopo aver visitato il lago di Posta Fibreno, siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristoro, dove abbiamo mangiato sotto una struttura in legno all'aperto che affaccia su un paesaggio incantevole, all'ottima cucina si è abbinata anche la tranquillità del luogo, che ci ha fatto trascorrere 4 ore in armonia. Classica Trattoria locale del posto dove il proprietario persona molto simpatica ne fa da padrone con il suo angolo Barbecue a legna posto all’aperto. Antipasto classico ma un primo con il cinghiale molto buono….. passati ai secondi ci serve una varietà di carne alla brace cucina a dovere e squisita.Prezzi nella norma….. Bravo zio Tom….. continuerò ad andarci.

Zio Tom è sempre una garanzia, per anni frequento questo locale, un'oasi di pace tra il verde dell'Appennino, questa sera ha aperto la cucina solo per me e mio nipote. servizio cordiale e impeccabile, carne come sempre eccezionale ad un prezzo fuori mercato. ottima la bistecca eccezionale fiorentina. il padrone non prende mai un bastone, al barbecue è migliore di toscanini.
