The portions were so small for the price, the staffs were very rude and don’t order mixed mezes as they are ready tinned ones from a shop for 15 pounds !

Wonderful selection of kebabs all cooked on a proper charcoal oçakbasi. Everything fresh and of the highest quality. Very busy restaurant so you may to wait for a table but it's worth it!

I have visited this restaurant several times before. On my most recent visit, I ordered lamb testicles. This Turkish eatery also offers a variety of organ meats. The dish came with rice, grilled tomato, a tasty salad, and mint yogurt, all served with flatbread. Voir le carte

Been here a couple of times recently. Yes the meze is not great, this is not really a meze place to be fair. Still one of the top 3 or 4 on the grill on the Stoke Newington/Dalston drag, maybe a bit more brusque than some of the others but when the meat is at this level you can't really complain.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for years. The chef has mastered the charcoal grill, and I highly recommend the lamb ribs. The food is real and authentic, and the focus is truly on the quality of the dishes. While the ambiance may not be luxurious, the food speaks for itself. The prices have increased over the years, but so has the quality of the meat.

This was a delicious meal in an unpretentious and authentic setting. My wife and I ate our fill and enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was friendly and relaxed and I appreciated the fact that the Waiter recommended a dish to us as what we were going to order was going to be too much. We went here today on a friends recommendation for a wrap for lunch . We were advised to order the wraps . ‘ traditional style ‘ . My mind was totally blown. 3 wraps came to £30. Honestly worth every penny . Great value for money , very big portions . Perfectly grilled lamb so succulent , in the softest freshest bread with a really fresh lemon juice and parsley salad , sumac onions. Perfect amount of chili. It was honestly mind blowing . I will definitely be returning . I rarely write trip advisor reviews but this was something else . I wanted to thank the chef for the best lunch I’ve had in a long time .

This place came recommended from a friend, but unfortunately I was a bit let down. I wish I'd read some of the reviews here first as we ordered the cold mixed meze, which was frankly terrible for £14 obviously shop bought stuff just plonked on a plate, small portions and very bland. We asked if they did Mucver, Kisir or Tabbouleh but they didn't seem to know what we were talking about, so we settled for it. The meat was beautifully cooked very tasty and spiced perfectly. I have visited this restaurant a few times for special occasions and casual gatherings, and the service has always been excellent. The food is great as well. However, on this particular occasion, which was my birthday, we booked for a large group on a Saturday night as everyone finished work late. It was a big disappointment. The waiter was very rude and didn't bring the items we had requested promptly. When he did bring them, he slammed them on the table. He was muttering something in his language, which seemed unpleasant towards us.
