One of my favourite restaurants in the area. If you order in advance Reme will cook a perfect suckling pig with crispy crackling and roast potatoes. Its fabulous. Jose Remes husband does the service and looks after people like kings.

Two of us called here for dinner and were very disapointed. I ordered Duck my wife steak. Both were over cooked and dry. In fact we both said salmost simutainiously I cook better than this at home. At over 20 Euro for one very poor course it was terrible Certainly won't be going back or reccommendin

casa reme es un lugar recomendado. comida casera de la zona: negro, almendras, vino de variedad monastrell, arroz de presa con verduras, postres con artesanos turrón y como no, los calçonets en temporada totalmente artesanal. nada que decir sobre el ambiente familiar y el salón / área exterior, así como la piscina de temporada para uso especial. sin más 7n lugar muy recomendado para pasar una noche familiar o en privacidad. altamente recomendado! Magnífico restaurante de la zona del Vinalopo. Ofrece cocina tradicional de muy alta calidad y elaboración. Además de los platos de la carta, suele ofrecer un menú degustación compuesto por platos de temporada. Hoy hemos tomado Calçotada, embutido frío, queso brie con bacon y mermelada de uvas+tómate y gazpacho manchego. Postres caseros muy buenos. También tenía buena pinta el arroz de conejo y caracoles y el foie caliente. Precio medio 25-30 €. Partiendo del pueblo, hay una ruta de senderismo muy asequible que se hace en 1,5 h con niños. Muy apropiada para abrir el apetito.

Great family run truly Spanish restaurant. A simple menu that changes often and has set menus of the day that also change frequently. What’s on the local sourced Spanish dish menu is fresh ingredients served perfectly Spanish style. If you want a restaurant with an endless list of dishes, and chips with everything, and English dishes, and the special sausage or chicken nugget and chips menu for the kids go somewhere else. We’ve been here several times over a seven year period and three times over Christmas and new year and it’s always a great treat.
