Stopped going here during and after civid.but have to say fantastic meal great service will recomend and definately use more regula lesley cam was a great hostess

Very Expensive for what you get hardley any Veg dinner so small for £12. The cheese cake dessert was tiny definitely will never go back their to eat again going hope to have a sandwich.

We came for the Spiderman lunch which was well organised The staff were friendly and quick with food I just had a jacket potato with cheese and beans which was super tasty. Kids had sausage and mash which they loved Voir le carte

Came of the motorway because I wanted a change from “road food” This hit all my usual requirements Worth going out of my way Great welcome, good food choice, spacious table area, quick service Had Hunters Chicken and salad

Have been many times in the pass and it seemed to go down went this weekend and it has changed a lot fast service polite staff food was hot and very tasty even got Sunday lunch back on menu believe new management much nicer will be going again very soon

Sunday lunch so the pub was fairly busy, but we were quickly shown to our seats by the friendly staff. Varied menu and all food appeared to be available. Orders quickly taken and delivered. Food was well prepared. Drinks order also taken at the table and delivered quickly. A good experience all-round. Voir le carte

Having been in September, we came again to have a meal for my birthday with some friends. Again the service was friendly and the food was brought to us really quickly and it was lovely and hot. The food was excellant and my friends had been to a Marstons near their home and said how much better the meal was here compared to the one they'd been to. We will definately be back again.

Food was absolutely lovely, couldn’t fault any of the meals. Great value for money and beautiful scenery from where we sat. However the were so many spiders around, I can forgive a few up in the ceiling as it’s a country pub wildlife is to be expected but there were spiders on our tables as well. In and under the sauce pot, bit of putting to see 8 little legs when you reach for the salt. Place could do with a deep clean and some air conditioning but as I say food was delicious and reasonable priced.

My family and I visited this restaurant and were disappointed with our experience. Despite the quiet atmosphere, we waited an incredibly long time to be served. We ordered a Sunday roast, opting for the large portion size. However, when our meal arrived, we were shocked to find only 1 carrot, 1 piece of broccoli, and 2 thin slices of beef. When we questioned the portion sizes, we were met with rude and defensive responses from the staff. Feeling mistreated, we decided to leave without finishing our meal. This was by far the worst service I have ever received. Voir le carte
