"I was positively impressed by this new venue recently opened in Poggibonsi 's city center. Firstly, the style is very attractive: from the semi-western setting to the captivating menu, with the latter joining classic cocktails to original creations (you can choose among basically any kind of existing gin 's flavors and brands). The young staff is also friendly very attentive. The sole negative note, which prevented me to award this pub with a 5-star score, is the strict seat-time policy: you need to reserve your spot in advance, as a walk-in without a booking will lead to a long wait; and you cannot occupy a table more than the expected time frame of your turn . While I understand that this policy is aimed to provide seats to as many people as possible, maximizing the profit, on the other hand, puts a bit of pressure in the customers, who need to finish their drinks by a certain time, and free the table afterward. However, I am sure that the White Dog will soon become a benchmark for the entire Valdelsa, where usually the spots for young people are rare or do not last long."

the restaurant was a wonderful environment, beautiful collectibles and picturesque. romantic and eclectic. I would have liked to have seen something nice on the menu, because I prefer not to eat meat. Maybe a suppe. but the weeping list was good and I would like to return.

Interessante scoperta in centro Città.Non C'ero mai stato.Ambiente ben curato ,atmosfera tranquilla,non troppo caos (che ormai non gradisco). Cocktail fatto a regola d'arte e pizza gourmet veramente ottima.Non esco più tanto spesso ma se lo farò passo sicuramente di qui e mi stelle meritate.

We stumbled on this cute tucked away bar via a tip from a local winery. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor and excellent cocktail selection. The place was not crowded at all which was sad to see. Definitely check it out if you are traveling too and say Hi to the bartender, he’s quite friendly!

Locale davvero bello, arredamento e luci top, atmosfera rilassante. Personale giovane, gentile e molto disponibile. Cocktails ottimi e una bella carta dei vini. Per quanto riguarda il menù ci sono diverse scelte tra cui crudi di pesce e di carne, affettati, formaggi… Fanno anche pizza gourmet con impasto buonissimo. Davvero complimenti, da tornare assolutamente!
