beautiful place for families and children. they can delicious ice-cream, tee, coffee, beautiful cake and the place is beautiful. they sell shorts of different types, shapes and color

great little day out. booked a place that looked around the forest of trees and found a good old classic fichte. it has chopped down and thrown back into the car with the wrap and payout. lumber jack style. cheers young

We had a fantastic experience at the Parlour. The service and food were both excellent. Despite being very busy, the staff worked tirelessly and provided outstanding service in every aspect. Kudos to Nick and the entire team!

Lovely and well stocked. Excellent range of clothes at good prices too. Huge range of outdoor plants at reasonable prices. Cafe was nice with excellent range of cakes and drinks and a lovely outdoor seating area to sit and eat in. Enjoyed feeding the fish outside.

Lovely staff and wonderful grounds. Plenty for everyone, but obviously seasonal. We picked beautiful strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, though there were pumpkins, beans, marrows, courgettes and sweetcorn. Perfect for the whole family! Also loved the ice cream!!

a family-friendly joy. we have got our Christmas tree, as we have every year. always fresh and durable. the pre-cut trees stand on smiling, so they can see them in their full glory and choose the size and type for their positioning, home. they can also take a saw and cut them themselves if that fits them. fantastic experience, look forward to this, every year. personal friendly and so helpful. highly recommended.

So disappointed with attitude of Graham. Not only was he proud to announce that his panini oven had blown up the day before but couldn’t a) recommend anything that wasn’t mayonnaise based or b) provide me with a salmon sandwich devoid of cream cheese because ‘everything is brought in’. Huge lesson to be learned here! To add insult to injury the waitresses only supplied ordered food and NOBODY cleared tables. Severally understaffed. Thanks but no thanks, will not bother again.

I ordered a Caesar Salad and had to ask for extra lettuce as there was hardly any with it and what was there was slightly browning. I added that and then discovered the croutons were completely soft soggy and had to pick them out. When I mentioned this to a member of staff she called over the manager who looked at the croutons and took them away. She never came back, never apologized and nothing was taken off the bill. I decided to pay for it and just leave. What a short-sighted way to run a restaurant. I wasn't looking to complain, but the complete lack of interest or concern, just means I felt the need to write this, will never go back and will tell other people about it. I don't get it. P...
