Do they have no confidence in your employees who actually do a good job for you, dear management - and for your money! (if I have learned one in my long life as an IT project manager, it is: If I do not trust my employees – not even for 25 euros – then they will not be the best... But not enough! Your employees assured me if they would accept this voucher, they would have to pay from their own pocket! This is legally wrong for several reasons: Firstly, a worker is liable only if he acts intentionally or grossly negligently – both are not available. But secondly, you didn't get any damage. Finally, you have received money for this voucher. I find this employee leadership – beautiful – modest. I wanted to briefly describe how much the entire process “generated” us. We were back in my hometown – we had a perfect day. we had breakfast with you. The FC St. Pauli had won – and beyond any hope. As I said, we had a perfect day... by then! I destroyed this day!!! That you don't return... What can you do now: Well, the least is that they give me my coupon over 25, Euro (or redeem because otherwise it fulfills the criminal record of fraud (I asked my lawyer and I would not hesitate to show you! But how they want to do all this again – I leave it to your imagination. Because on the other hand I have a lot of imagination than IT professionals, as I can give you a worse reputation on Facebook and Co. And this is not extortion – I will only announce my opinion! What I really don't understand: How can you be as stupid as a management, and because of 25, Euro, create a media Super GAU. That's just stupid in my lawyer's words! You break the right to the non-opening of the voucher and again with your employees who want to withdraw a redemption from the salary. And they have broken the principle of all traders: An unsatisfied customer looks worse than 1000 satisfied customers... Conclusion: Your business policy will not only harm you – but also us because we are happy with you – that hurts us! But a company that breaks the law and treats its employees in this way, I will no longer seek. More: I will no longer recommend it or recommend it from the visit. All my friends.
