Watergate - Carte

I order Bradhering and it tasted like herring from a can. Awful taste! Payed EUR for nothing i won't recommend it to anyone.

This is one of the best places I seen in Hamburg. I strongly recommend it. I was there last week. Great Food, very friendly and professional staff, warm ambient.

we were in the watergate for four Saturdays. the drinks came fast and the service was really great! the kitchen we have not tested on the basis of the time of the clock, but will repeat it :)

We were a group of six. We had cocktails, beer and meals here. Things were a bit pricey as could be expected from such a location. The upper deck offers a great view on both side of the harbor. We had a good time. Service...was quick. Drink mixes were nice. Food was acceptable. One less star because the chicken wings were overly sweet and spicy. Toilets were ok. Voir le carte

we wanted to have breakfast on Sunday and found the watergate right at the landing bridges. when we found a place, we had to read in the small print of the map that there is - just Sundays - only until 11.00 breakfast. we were five minutes late. then we were looking forward to the coffee, but the cappuccino was also only from the automatic machine. the service overlooks one, two courts were "today unfortunately, but they also have bad." the location is nice but one of the two breakfast dishes has tasted good (Garnelen-Rösti). under there was no catastrophe but rather moderate!

the tomaten soup as an appetizer was good. the bark fillet as meat also - why this 250g steak then has to be served on a mountain bratkartoffeln and infinable vegetables are a riddle. a third of the teller is taken from half a apple and a ketchup snake. this must then be pushed away so that you can cut the meat on a clean surface. so it comes to the fusion of apfel with ketchup...na yes, we are in the federal republic Germany, there is probably no one disturbing it! contempt: at wochenenden this burial site does not serve any appetizers! that despite this incredibleness we still have a tomaten soup before the main food instead of at the same time, is the ease and flexibility of the service p...

Looking for some, we had seen the watergate on the tourist mile at the harbour, and thought "that looks quite okay". You can sit directly on the water and the ambiente is, if you can talk about ambiente here, better than elsewhere at the dock.The personal was friendly and the order came quickly.Leider gave it a disgusting surprise. at my ordered hamburger backfisch , from " fresh fish", I discovered a ca. 10 cm long bandwurm. horrible. the dame in the neighboring table, which came along as the worm was blew at the fork, when I showed him to the waiter, became speiübel. the waiter took the teller embarrassed with and came back after a few minutes and asked if he was to bring a new portion.
