"(things to improve) by not being able to go to a braseria that we wanted to visit, with much skepticism we arrived at this restaurant. typical restaurant playing beach and with chiringuito terrace where you see the menu cards with Spanish banderitas or in English or French, which is usually bad sign as you know that it is bad food that will be destined to sneak into the cocktail tourist but all the opposite! correct service for all the waiters and delays. rebounded squids are really repeating and going specifically to the scale to ask only that. a light and crispy friction, and fresh product, really that marvels 10/10. the very good mussels of taste, nothing of the other world but completely acceptable and would repeat without doubt. Finally the absolutely delicious coconut, I ordered it well marked and crude inside, came as I asked. as it was a restaurant that plays the beach expected the worst, typical very fine coconut with a lot of fat but on the contrary, I find a piece of 500gr of almost 4 fingers thick, with its fat salt in the quantity perfeca, and with very good home potatoes. also congratulate the one who was in the coals, came out perfect and for less than 20€. The only sticks, when we went there were 3 tables eating, it gives me the feeling that if there were more people the service could have gotten worse and delayed, as well as there are restaurants that can get in time with any number of customers, here I have not had that feeling. I tell you it's worth going if you're around, at least what my experience was, I recommend it a lot."

"First of all, we ate here 3 times because the ambience of the city and the trio of three restaurants next to each other are very nice and cozy. The food is delicious, but also depends on the day. Unfortunately, the service is not customer-oriented and courteous. We made reservations well in advance on all 3 days. When we were allocated a table for the second time in the passage (a lot of hectic activity), we kindly asked for another table as there were two more tables for 4 available. This was too much for the man at reception and he immediately rejected it. In addition, there was no waiter responsible for us, everyone served everyone else. It's annoying when another waiter asks you for a café for the fourth time. If you have just finished eating and are still chewing the last bite, you don't ask for dessert, but wait a few minutes. Unfortunately the service is just not good. The waiter with the glasses is the only one who knows his job very well and works efficiently and calmly. Unfortunately, the hectic waiters had a negative effect on the comfort of the restaurant and the food. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5"

"We chose this restaurant because of the good reviews. We didn't like the food that much. My Teriaki Chicken was swimming in fat. The vegetables and the fries were also rather mushy. The fois mi-cuit as a starter was ok but the apples were caramelized with far too much sugar. It's a shame, because it completely obscured the taste of the goose liver. The service was friendly and the restaurant was quite pleasant. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing but we wouldn't eat there again. "This is our 5th visit to Cala Montgo and meal at Sibaris. We enjoyed the food which was good quality which I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately the service we received was poor. The restaurant was full and we waited 45 mins after ordering our meal before it arrived which we felt was a long time . We were a little bemused as several of the Spanish guest’s who arrived after us were being served similar meals sometime before us. We ordered additional drinks to our meal and after waiting a considerable time we reminded the head waitress , who gave us a curt response, saying we would get them if we had requested them. We never did get our drinks.! We are respectful to everyone whichever country we visit. We are disappointed with the experience we had and will be reluctant to return because of this unfriendly experience. We remember when we visited Sibaris several years ago when the restaurant was managed seemingly by the heads of the family which was always a positive and friendly experience."

"un lugar para no perderlo, si usted va en la escala, los dueños muy humildes al aceptar nuestros halagos, porque se merecían, elegimos el menú sorpresa de 35€, las sardinas marinadas con vino tinto caviar extraordinario plato, la sopa de tomate con mascarpone y aceite de albahaca igual de bueno, continuamos con el plato que pedimos probar el canelón un buen el vino de la ampurdá interesante el mejor de todos los restaurantes que intentamos en la escala y probar la mayor nota en la guía tripadvisor!"
