My husband had the quick opportunity while on a business trip and when returned on a family vacation he had us return. Nice menu, nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Nice place, unfortunately something lacks cosiness. Unless you're on larger tables and societality. The offer of spices and potion was good, but nevertheless very good. The part could be a little bigger. All recommended

Typical German food served in a wonderful vault in downtown Frankfurt, behind the shopping avenues. Very friendly staff, authentic cuisine and excellent selection of wines by the glass that are well described by the staff who is knowledgeable of their products Voir le carte

Visited on a quiet Sunday evening. Google maps showed the being closed but they were in fact open. Wait staff was friendly and welcoming. Decent wine selection. Ordered the appetizer sample and veal wurst with potatoes. Both prepared excellently Good food, good value in a very nice, old brick cellar. Would visit again

Accidentally found this restaurant located in a wine cellar while looking for a different restaurant (which has closed) nearby. Friendly staff and great food in interesting basement location. Authentic German dishes, excellent bar and nice dessert made our last night in Germany a pleasure. Great way to end our vacation.

Nice location. Within walking distance from the opera house. Nice location. Underground setting is fun. Good for large group. Food is very good. Traditional German dishes. Had venison sausage which was quite good. Good beer and wine. Service is fine. Nice atmosphere, loud but fine especially if you want to have a good time. Recommend it. Voir le carte

You know, I wanted to really make this place special. It had a really good atmosphere and I had a good vibe walking in. But at the end the service was just OK and so was the food. I had a steak which was my worst. It was tough and not cooked well. And they had too little servers for the amount of work they had. In the end, I would rate this as just average

We had a recommendation from some friends to visit that place so we went. We love wine and ordered their best wine their best wine was the worst Greek wine . Not good at all. We ordered the traditional Opel leg that you expect to eat in Germany and the brought us a timi thing without meat... We left the place hungry:( the salad was just for one persons... Never again

Just a doorway leading down some steps. Bright kellar. Welcomed by a Croation man who was very friendly speaking excellent German and English. The lady behind the bar could be a little more happy. The food came out quickly and the salmon and the lamb main course were very good with a nice bottle of Riesling wine. Although the lamb stew mentioned mushrooms on the menu i could not see one. Dessert, the red fruit pudding was disappointing. Just out of a pot with half a scoop of ice cream. Voir le carte
