"What a find ! Passing through Buckingham on a business trip we stopped here for lunch. We were not disappointed with our choice. We ordered a Cajun chicken baguette and a smoked salmon and cream cheese baguette with a portion of fries and a couple of beers. The weather was good so we sat outside to the rear of the premises. The food was fresh, tasty and served with a smile by our server Charlotte. Charlotte delivered the most genuine and friendly customer service and was a credit to the business. In conversation she enthused about her job , was interesting to chat with and was a true professional. One area for improvement would be the outside presentation of the premises to the rear of the outdoor seating area. A rotting wooden barrel with a dead plant in it should be removed or replaced. No marks deducted for this though as these issues can be easily remedied!"

We had a fantastic Christmas party at Villiers Hotel on Saturday evening. The band was amazing, the food was fabulous, and the staff were fantastic. The entire evening was top-notch from start to finish.

Probably not where you'd think to go for burger and fries in town but both the standard and spicy burgers on the bar menu are really good. Fries are nice and crispy too. Great value considering this is a hotel restaurant. been a few times now and it's been great every time. Definitely need to eat over the plate though as its so juicy! Nice bar and restaurant with lovely staff.
