"the waitress was helpless – not trained about what is on the menu, not attentive, brought us plates and best for us to put them themselves, with water, etc. eating was overcooked. airline foods taste better. the hostess was cheerful and friendly, but had a little difficulty to locate my reservation (later found out, open table reservations are written manually on a separate sheet paper). the view of the bridge in the night is fantastic, but this is the only good thing the restaurant has to offer. very sad."

We had booked but the restaurant didn't offer us a sensible table and we had to insist on a decent table. carb invites in front of the london marathon. we sat next to the door to the outside deck, but when we wanted to move, we were immediately accommodated. the pizzas are enormous and I am zöliakie and quite used to the half of the size what my man ordered, not here! amazing gluten-free pizza the same size as the men! we saved the restaurant to come back when we are in the city!

I made a reservation but upon arriving at the restaurant found that didn’t matter as a group arrived, preordered a large menu and anything ordered would be delayed by at least an hour. I tried to be understanding but with a reservation I’d expect they’d allot for those meal tickets in the kitchen. If you cant trust a restaurant to fulfill your expectations w a reservations, what good are they? We ultimately went someplace else.
