"If you want to experience excellent food and atmosphere while eating 8 courses over three hours, this is the place to go! Recommended by a local in Carezzano, this organic cooperative is a farm, vineyard, farm shop and restaurant. We were lucky enough to get a table on a busy Sunday lunchtime. They have recently expanded and built a new outdoor dining area which overlooks the vineyard and surrounding hills. A really stunning location to sit outside, enjoy the views of the countryside and eat excellent food. We don’t speak Italian but one of the serving staff spoke English and guided us through the afternoon with great charm and generosity! Everyone is served the same dishes which appear at regular intervals. Tip don’t eat too much of the bread which comes at the start of the meal. It’s delicious but there is LOTS more food to come. A really fresh salad with goats cheese starts off the meal, followed by the antipasti a selection of farm salami and prosciutto. Then there is the carpaccio of raw beef with parmesan and lemon, aubergine parmigiana which was delicious and I don’t like aubergine!! , risotto, then the pasta, a local version of ravioli Angolitti which was filled with really tender meat. You eventually reach the main, which on this occasion was tender beef and courgettes. Desert was a choice of peaches with sugar and ice cream. Peaches are in season at the moment August and are so different in taste from the ones you buy in a supermarket. A chocolate mouse and semifredo with gratings of white chocolate was also available. We drank local, organic, wine throughout the meal, recommended be the staff and finished with dark coffee. This was certainly a meal and venue to remember. We think the menu changes each time depending on seasonal produce so, something different on every visit."

posto bello si può acquistare cibo biologico e la loro carne! ottimo vino biologico il ristorante ha una cucina super! ottimi piatti da antipasto a dolci cucinati con cura e competenza personale molto gentile ci fanno un giro ne vale la pena!

Provato a pranzo. Luogo molto bello e curato, pietanze autoprodotte quindi scelta molto limitata. Mi è comunque piaciuto l'ottimo menù fisso a 20 euro, che ha previsto affettati, agnolotti e salsiccia. Tutto autoprodotto, tutto buono. Vino molto giovane ma ben fatto. Voir le carte

Pranzo sorprendente sotto il pergolato in una domenica di agosto. Menù locale da tre prezzi. Buoni gli antipasti con la tartare di carne e gli affettati di casa. Buonissimi gli agnolotti e le scaloppine al timorasso. Per finire pesche all'amaretto. In accompagnamento il timorasso senza dimenticare le bollicine di casa.

We have been booked an apartment for one week with our 3 kids, one newborn! We loved the friendly people and athmosphere in Vallj Unite, even in not speaking Italian language they all are heartily helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the wine as well. I can fully recommend this place, stay some time and dive into the farm live!!

Bella esperienza x adulti e x bambini. Molti spazi aperti con la possibilità di vedere stalle, animali e la vita all'aperto di un luogo dove si fanno tutto. Bella azienda agricola. Si pranza alle 13, quindi se arrivate prima vi fate 2 passi nella struttura e ce nè da vedere. Cibo e vino veramente buoni, semplici e ricchi di sapori. A noi ci ha servito una ragazza molto giovane a cui facciamo i complimenti x essere stata veramente gentile e veloce in tutto, brava. Ahimé il 4 stelle xché x i bimbi ci hanno fatto pagare 10 €, ci può stare.... e poi se prendete bottiglie con etichetta ahi ahi ahi. . Comunque bella esperienza il tutto BIO, ci tornerò. We asked the local winery for a recommendation and we were told to go to Valli Unite. We got there and were so pleased. It has everything, a barn with cows and pigs. A beautiful setting and it even has accommodations. I don’t speak Italian but we managed to figure out that it was a fixed price menu and there was raviolo and meat. We thought it was worth a try.
